Boba Boba — Restaurant in Plano

I cannot say enough nice things about this establishment, the people working here and especially the owner! They are some of the nicest & kindhearted people you can ever possibly meet! This is going to be a long story but I HAVE to share is to you can really see how beautiful, thoughtful, kind hearted and generous the people here are. We had dinner in the area and then had some dessert and Boba from here, everything we had was delicious but afterwards our car battery died and the owner was nice enough to lend us jumper cables, he also came to check up on us. When the jump from a friends car didn't work he even let us use his truck to see if a jump from that would help but it did not so we ended up calling AAA. We tried to pay for his help but he absolutely refused. We ended up having to wait for over 2 hours at which point they were closing shop and heading home. The owner was surprised to see us still waiting, checked up on us to see how we were doing. At this point we thought they were headed home but instead they went back and store, thinking they might have forgotten something BUT instead they went in to make us some drinks!! How thoughtful and amazing, who does that?!? This was really one of the kindest and sweetest gestures I have ever experienced! Not only is what they make simply fantastic but they are truly the best kind of people! Thank you again so much for making a unfortunate experience into one of the sweetest...

Super duper yummy and a cozy little area. Wanted to study a little bit late at night and didn't want to bother the boba shops closing soon and I discovered boba boba. Intriguied by the 5 star rating, I gave it a shot and it tasted wonderful.

The tapioca was perfectly soft and sweet and not overbearing. I ordered the mango green tea which wasn't too sweet nor bitter, just right. It's a great price and they have large sizes 20 oz and 24 oz. Even the 24oz was only 5 bucks super good deal especially compared to the other shops in the area

All the comments live up to the hype especially about the lovely lady at the register. Saw her interact with multiple customers and she was sooo kind and they looked pleased to speak with her. Even two teenagers came and she said "I missed you!" It was so cute she's great at forming relationships with her customers it'll make people more inclined to go to you as well. I really look forward to trying new drinks here and studying here! Perfect cozy atmosphere and they're open till 11!!!!

I finally settled on the Mango Smoothie with Lychee jelly, and it was a true delight. The balance of sweetness and creaminess was perfect, and the jellys were soft and chewy. The drink was beautifully presented, and you could tell they used high-quality ingredients.
