First time visiting. Food is decent, but have to share/caution a horrible ordering experience! First I tried calling a few times, the listed number was busy. I placed an order using their online app (Beyond Menu), which said it would notify me of order updates. 30 minutes later, no feedback, I tried calling to make sure the order was received. Line still busy. I called Beyond Menu customer service, they called me back after trying the multiple other numbers they had for the owners, etc., Said that my online order had just been received (now about 50 minutes after my first call), but couldn't give an estimate for when it would be ready. I should have given up then. I called the restaurant after another 25 minutes. I asked for an estimate on the take out order, and a woman said "very busy, hold on," and set the phone down. I wait, listening to the sounds of the restaurant for almost 10 minutes before hanging up & just driving there (guess that's how the line was busy for so long) Another 20 minutes pass. My order is ready, the woman ringing me up isn't able to confirm if I've got the right items in the bag. I count seemingly the right number of boxes & bowls, pay, and leave, too hungry to fight. When I get home, one order of buns was paid for, but not included. Nothing is labeled. $40 for a couple of entrees and an appetizer. Food is decent, but not great. I'd like the $9 order of non-existent buns refunded, but wonder if the phone would ever connect, and if so, if it would reach someone who could help! 😣 Edit: 2 hours later, just tried calling back about the missing buns. No surprise,...

Delicious authentic Taiwanese food! They are so authentic they don't have any Americanized Chinese food on the menu which I totally love! I got the minced pork rice with meatball soup, beef noodle soup, and pork &chive potstickers. Everything was absolutely delicious and we finished all our food. Flavor was great! I do wish the beef noodle soup gave some more pieces of meat but otherwise it was delicious. The broth for both beef noodle soup and meatball soup were great. They also sell other things on the side like buns. I bought green onion buns, pork & vegetable buns, frozen pork & cabbage dumplings, and sticky rice to bring home. The sticky rice is frozen in a medium plastic to go box that you take home to eat. It's good, not as sticky as I'm used to but the flavor is good and has multiple pieces of meat inside. The green onion buns while soft are lacking in the green onion taste. Basically tastes like a white bun with the occasional green onion piece. The pork and vegetable buns are delicious and that's a large piece of meat inside so the bun to meat ratio is good. The dumplings are delicious and I know I'll definitely be buying more...

The passive waitress saw us walked in but did not seat us, instead she was standing before the tea bar doing nothing, I had to ask her if we should sit ourselves.

It took about 30 min to have a couple of noodle soups ready. When the same waitress brought the food over, she accidentally spilled HOT soup on me, it got to my legs, even both of my slippers were wet. I didn't want to make it a drama, the soup was hot but I didn't get burned. However all she said was sorry, even neither ask if I was ok, nor offer any discount or free boba tea.

Both Roasted and Regular Beef Stew Noodle Soups were just ok, the taste is very plain. my son and I were disappointed, cuz Roasted Beef Stew Noodle Soup should be a very basic and traditional Chinese dish...

I wasn't planning to leave any tips because of the way how the waitress handled the incident, but I was nice enough to leave $3, but I know I'm not going back anymore ~ Food was slow, didn't taste good, and...

I really wanted to say good things about Noodle House but a 2/5 rating is the best that I can do. Came by for dinner on a Sunday night and was a bit disappointed with the food and service. There were four of us and we decided on roasted beef noodle soup, Crispy chicken noodle soup, pork chop noodle soup and Yum Yum noodle soup. We also tried their soy eggs and pig ears as appetizers to see how they were. It took more than 20 mins for the food to come out despite the restaurant was nearly empty. When it finally came, every dish was mediocre, 3/5 rating at best. I had high hope for the noodles themselves but was very disappointed because of the soggy texture. The name of the restaurant was Noodle House at least make the noodles right. Although our waitress was nice and prices were decent, I don't think this place was worth the time and money. I'm sorry noodle house but you need to make changes to your recipes

Cute little diner, friendly staff. We were there on a Saturday evening and it was very quiet. The waitress took good care of us and the atmosphere is pleasant. The food was a bit disappointing. Nothing terrible- just not great. The fried chicken was tender and crispy, but needed a bit of salt. The dumplings were decent- the bread was nice and tender, but I found the pork mixture to be a bit overwhelmed by the amount of onion. The beef noodle soup was the biggest disappointment. The noodles and bok choy were nice, but the chunks of beef were pretty tough. I’m willing to give it a second try and see if this was an “off” night.
