Wow. Just wow. I was about to order on DoorDash So I figured I would call to check if the mango smoothie had dairy in it, I’ve called about other items on other stores menus before and never received a single problem. The man who answered was talking in quite a strange way almost immediately, but I figured it is 8 o’clock at night. He may be tired, so I did not bother to mention it. I just informed him I was calling about a simple question about an item on the menu He responded “ My owner is not here.” Strange way to phrase it, but I didn’t think it was an issue, so I said oh no it’s a quite simple question anyone in the store could easily get it. His response was “ No, I can’t help you” Again, in a very strange voice I responded and said “trust me it’s just about an ingredient in one of your drinks. This is a very simple question. And I’m not asking for anything to be changed. Don’t worry. “ His response was again “ oh……… I don’t ….. know “ I would also like anyone who reads this to know that he was American, he absolutely understood English, and this was not a simple language barrier. I was completely baffled at this point, and did not even know what to say so I said “ well what do you think I’m trying to ask you” His response was “uhhhh……. what ….me?”. As you can tell his responses were not even correlating to the situation at all. I asked once or twice more and was met with the same response until.. abruptly when I was talking still being polite about the entire situation I heard a beep, he had hung up on me. Now I hate to say this, but it was very clear, he was on some sort of alcohol or drug. It was 8pm, they are closing in two hours and he figured a few more customers would have to mind his sloppy mannerisms. I certainly hope he is not the one making the drinks because I guarantee somebody will ether get something they’re allergic to or be served with something inedible in their drink from how he was talking. I will never order from here and I will never go in the shop for my own safety because of their employees. I recorded the call and will be putting it online. This is extremely concerning. I felt like I was having a conversation with a homeless person. I do not recommend the store for anybody’s safety. Very unprofessional, which is very disappointing to say, as I was...

DO NOT GO HERE. They will charge you DOUBLE for one drink. Staff seemed friendly until the employee who took my order said my card didn't go through to get me to pay for the dollar amount of my drink in cash. My bank has not declined, reversed, or otherwise notified me about any rejected transactions, so I was effectively charged $12.59 for ONE drink. I ordered a Mango Tornado with honey boba. The drink itself was average, and the shop had a weird odor inside that stunk. Could not tell if it was dirty mop water or not, but it smelled bad. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE if you don't want to be scammed for a cash tip. You will be much better off going to the Kung Fu Tea...

The service here is top notch. They remember us by name and follow up with details they remember about us! Always leave with a smile after a bad day! It’s like coming over to a friends house and playing board games and enjoying Hell’s Kitchen. 10/10 recommend. I make it a point to come out of my way to grab a Brown Sugar Boba Black Tea Latte. The service is quick, easy, funny, and oh so delicious. A cool spot to brings friends, and a sweet treat after a dinner date. Well clean and up kept store. Great place to bring every one!!
