Today I had a strange and frankly rude experience from a member of staff at this location while on a recorded line with my banking institute. I woke up this afternoon to a charge to my credit card from July 26th that wasn't processed until October 21st. It showed up in my account as a charge from this past weekend which i was bed ridden and never left the house so i called my bank and asked them to investigate the issue. The Bank called the store on a 3 way call and the individual who answered was a woman claiming to be a manager. This individual lied saying that i had just come in to the store to discuss this when i had been on the call with the bank from my home for the last hour and when called out the young woman tried to play it off as a technical error and was very rude and disrespectful to myself and the banking employee.
No transaction takes 3 months to post. Every time i have been prior and after this event processed the next day so for 1 charge to show up out of the blue months later has me wondering what is going on? Is it fraud, is it a glitch, was it merchant error, i don't know and at this point i have left the case of determining it to my banking institute.
I really loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of staff when i came in while living in Plano and new that my food allergies would be respected. To have a representative claiming to be a manager say she doesn't have time to discuss the issue with the bank and me and lying about talking to me already about the issue a bit ago astounds me. Read moreI am apparently the Cicis bandit. I go eat for 15 minutes, work up a sweat, have my special needs kid cry about no cucumbers so I can ask for a 30 dollar refund. Worst experience. First off it's so hot in the restaurant. Don't go in. Never been gaslighted at a restaurant before. First they make you buy a drink for your kids, no option for water. They asked what we could make special for us. They said they didn't have thin crust, then said they don't have cucumbers in the salad bar... like I haven't been to cicis 100 times before. After sitting and sweating for 15 minutes with my kids I couldn't take it any more and asked for refund so I could leave. Manager said the ac didn't work. You can see the thermostat...it says 81. Pretty sure that's a lie they don't want to turn it on. Manager then said they never have cucumbers...it says it right on the website they do....after rummaging around for 10 minutes a corporate guy came to ask me what's up. Then told me he doesn't know why they haven't fixed the air yet....told me they could make a thin crust or any pizza I'd like. What?! Sent them the link for the coupon. The white older not a gentleman. Made a huge deal out of nothing. Stating that the site is fake and will only honor it, just this time. We tried to explain. And he was just over talking my friend and I. It was so uncomfortable and unacceptable why he thought he needed to speak to us in that way. The reason I mentioned he was “White.” Because my 3 other friends and I are Latinos., Yes, we could have just left. But we were on our hour lunch from our jobs. Felt so un welcomed while trying to enjoy our lunch. That would be the last time I would ever ever return to this Coit Location. The manager to that location needs to remove him from the register immediately. He is the one whom represents the over all company. No one ever needs to be treated like that when there are so so many other food places to choose from. Maybe that’s the reason they only had 10 people in there during lunch.
