Disappointed with Ingredient Shortage at Subway
I usually enjoy Subway for its fresh ingredients and customizable options, but my recent visit was a letdown. The sandwich prep felt rushed and poorly stocked. The lettuce container was completely emptyâno refills in sightâso our sandwiches ended up missing a basic topping. Even more frustrating, we paid extra for avocado, but it was barely enough to cover two sandwiches. It felt like they just scraped together what little was left and hoped we wouldnât notice.
If youâre charging for premium ingredients, they should be available in proper quantity. I get that inventory can run low, but there was no communication or apology from the staff. Itâs the little things that make a difference, and this time, Subway missed the mark.

   Read moreI am so so upset. I eat subway several times a week. Today was a little different because I got busy at work and didnât get a chance to go to the regular subway I go to. I went to this location. I bought 5 sandwiches, 1 plain tuna and bread, 3 turkeys (for kids with barely any toppings) and my sandwich, I order the same thing every time I order, Turkey double tomato and double cucumber, when the lady put 6 slices of tomato I asked her for double tomato and she had the nerve to tell me âsorry I can only put max -6 tomatoesâ and refused to put me double cucumber. I wish I walked out and didnât take the sandwiches. I donât like to waste food. Keep in mind the other sandwiches barely had veggies and one was completely plain....
   Read more4 stars because great sandwiches! however one of the servers was incredibly rude. we chose the type of cheese first and she said âno meat?â and then we ordered the type of meat and she proceeded to interrupt us that when you pick the type of cheese first then it means the sandwich is vegetarian. while ordering she had a bad attitude and made ordering an unpleasant experience with her unfriendly manner. when asked to split the sandwich in 2, she replied âiâm gonna cut it in half, i donât know what splitting it in 2 meansâ which was unnecessary. she should not be working there if sheâs gonna be rude to customers. the other servers are always very patient and respectful. that lady on the other hand should get reprimanded by...
