I wanted to circle back and leave a review as the staff is sweet. I popped in to grab a menu. I was informed that they didn’t have menus that they did have a website and had five other locations. I showed my son the website and he had asked me to take him there for fried rice for lunch. I went over my dietary issues with the staff who worked the hardest to be extremely t accommodating. We ordered the Thai fried rice, which was a bit different than the typical we’ve ever eaten. I asked them to omit tomatoes as my son isn’t a tomato lover. It was rice, large slices of onion, large pieces of eggs and even bigger pieces of chicken breast. Personally, we prefer the diced onions, smaller pieces of eggs and smaller pieces of chicken breast so you can eat it in one bite. It was a bit on the sweet side and I had let the staff taste it because I wanted them to be able to learn from the experience, I stated prior to ordering that I could not eat anything sweet they were so apologetic and we’re trying to do Better. My son enjoyed a small plate of it and asked to take the rest home unfortunately for me it did not like my tummy however, due to the staff being so fantastic I will give them another try and hope that it’s not sweet! We’re in tough economic times and I’m always a big proponent of supporting local businesses as I own one myself. I would say the restaurant was super clean. The staff was amazing. The bathrooms were clean. Everybody was extremely nice. There was another couple of ladies dining inside the Time but it was a very odd time of day that we went. I would call it like a late lunch or early bird dinner. We are huge lovers of Thai Thumbz at Shire shopping center so we do have a pallet for Thai food. I’m sure with the feedback they receive flavor profiles will begin to evolve. . We will 100% give them...
Read moreMy rating 3.8/5 honest rating Food I got: Thai Tea Vietnamese Egg Rolls Pad See Ew w/ beef (Food was HOT once it hit the table) . Customer service was great they were on top of there game immediately brought me some water and always refilled my drink never needed to ask. Check up on me to always make sure service was good. 5/5 . Food review 1.Thai tea: was good will get again was a little sweet. 5/5 Vietnamese Rgg Rolls: they were just basic egg rolls that had some decent flavor. 3.5/5 Pad See Ew w/ beef (this is my favorite dish to get at thai restaurant). I got LV2 out 5 spicy wanted to have a little kick to it nothing sadly. The beef is what the final nail in the coffin. It was over cooked and too tough to eat. I tried to eat a few time and I just couldn't. Everything else in it was good. 3/5 . Pricing & portions: The pricing for it was really good for amount of food you got. Honestly a plate could of feed 2 people and 1 plate will fill 1 person. Also they do have a VERY LARGE menu. . Final thoughts: 3.8/5 This place is good, but I just couldn't give it higher marks on the food. I will come back and try the food again to try something else. I do hope this place stays open because they're not that many thai places on this side of town. Do give this place a try, so you can judge...
Read moreI was really excited to try this new Thai restaurant across from my job, but I left disappointed. I ordered the wonton soup, and it only came with about three very small wontons in the entire bowl. The menu photo shows generous, full-sized wontons, which felt misleading.
Also, the soup does not come with noodles — if you’re expecting noodles, make sure to order the Wonton Noodle Soup instead. I didn’t know this and had to wait for them to cook noodles separately when I arrived.
The Thai pot stickers were also underwhelming — extremely small portion for $8.99 (only five tiny pieces).
For nearly $30, I expected much better quality and portion sizes. Hopefully, they can improve both the accuracy of their menu and the value of...
