Absolutely disgusting. I ordered two pizzas in the store and sat to wait. As I waited I watched the cashier (blonde female with quite an attitude) put on a pair of gloves at the pizza prep station, pull out her cell phone with her gloves hand, type something on her phone, put it back in her pocket and went right to grabbing the shredded cheese and spreading it over a pizza crust the pizza prep staff member (young male with loose, black wavy hair) had prepared for her. After putting the pizza in the oven she proceeded to go about boxing up and delivering items to the front counter to give another customer. She provided plates and cutlery, and then returned to preparing pizzas all while still wearing the same soiled gloves. Simultaneously, the male staff member was steadily preparing pizzas without gloves. Needing something Absolutely disgusting. After putting the pizza in the the reefer he went to retrieve it (grabbing the handle with reefer with his ungloved hand), and went right back to making pizza with no gloves and without washing his hands. When I brought this disturbing conduct to the attention of the manager, Deshaun, the other two employees having overheard my complaints, made the gesture of washing their hands (though it looked like the female was making like she was washing her gloved hands!) And then the male staff member returned to the pizza prep station, pulled out his phone, propped it on a shelf at eye level and went right back to prepping pizza without gloves and his hair flopping around. This is the nastiness that gets people SICK! Our cell phones are filthy and handling them while preparing people’s food is downright disgusting and it didn’t seem to matter much to the manager or employees. Food safety re-training is a must at this location. I cancelled my order on the spot and went to the Domino's at 1943 N Pine Island Rd, Plantation, FL 33322, it was a 180 degree difference and I was happy to give them...
Read moreLet me say this first, this was my go to place for pizza, but now HECK no. I went to Domino’s this location, flamingo and 84 north east corner, on Friday, December 11. I placed my order through the app when I got to the store I told them through the app that I was here I was waiting for someone to bring a pizza out. While I was waiting in my car for them to bring the pizza out I observed the young lady making the pizza and handling her mask continuously. Then I decided to go inside because it had been 10 minutes waiting and no one has come out. While I’m inside to get my pizza I noticed the same young lady handle a cell phone and a portable speaker, bare hands mind you, hand it off to another person and then goes right back to making pizzas without washing her hands. I called the manager over I told her what I’ve observed and she went to the old lady asked her to wash her hands and to remake my pizzas. I decided not to have my pizzas remade because her bare hands also went into the cheese and the manager said she couldn’t throw the cheese away so I decided not to go there anymore. So when I left and got back into my car I sat there for a second reflecting on what just happened then I noticed another young lady bare hands making pizzas and over the area where they spread the dough, she’s rubbing her arms as if she’s dusting something off of her arms right over the area that’s just disgusting. They need to go back to gloves and hairnets Because I honestly did not know that they made the pizzas with bare hands I thought they were still wearing gloves. Just thought that I would share this so be warned when you go and have your pizza me unless you go to the store and watch them make your pizzas of course there’s no guarantee that what they did before you came in but the unknown is a lot better than the known...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. DO NOT order from this location. They have no idea how to run a pizza delivery business. I've order from them twice and both experiences have been substandard. First, no matter when you order the food will not leave the shop until at least 30 minutes after it was pulled out the oven. My first delivery left 30 minutes after being cooked, the driver went all the way to Weston, out of the delivery area. I watched the driver go around Weston for an hour! I called the store and they called the driver just to tell me it would be another 30 minutes until it was delivered. That's a total of 2 hours from order to delivery! I canceled immediately hearing that and got a refund. After staying away for over 6 months, I gave them another chance. Big mistake. Once again the food leaves the store 30 minutes after being finished and I only a short 5 minute drive away. When the driver finally comes he doesn't have the drink I ordered, and proceeds to say I'm wrong there was no drink with the order. After calling the store to get a refund for the drink I didn't receive, they would only offer a credit for the next order. I don't think so since I will NOT order from this store again. This store should be shut down by Domino's corporate until they can get management and employees that know what they're doing and provide good customer service. Save yourself the time and stress and just order from the Pizza Hut down the street. At least they've never gotten my order wrong and it's always...
