Dunkin' — Restaurant in Platte City

This Dunkin’ really needs to think about hiring new management. Everytime I have visited this Dunkin’ I am greeted poorly and end up waiting 5+ minutes just waiting for my order to be taken and then wait an additional 10+ minutes at the window, mind you, there is no one in front or behind me and maybe one person inside, this Dunkin’ tends to be pretty slow around the time I go. Today, as I sit waiting for my order, I see the red headed manager handling food with NO GLOVES! Definite health code violation and from other reviews I’ve read, he tends to do this often. The red headed manager then hands me my “frozen” Carmel coffee only for it to be completely melted, I could tell by his face that he absolutely knew my order was messed up but he didn’t care to fix it. I've caught the red headed male manager picking his nose over 5 times then immediately handling food & drinks with out washing his hands!

It's absolutely disgusting. I've contacted Dunkin corporate every time. Last time it even escalated instead of going to the franchise owner and this guy is still here. I saw him this morning when I peeked in just to see if anything had happened since the last complaint.

I guess next step is county health board.

The worst Dunkin ever!!! I went through the drive thru and the girl answered with Hold on, not welcome to Dunkin one moment or any other decent greeting. I should have drove off, but I wanted a coffee. When she finally took my order. I clearly told her what I wanted. " A large French vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar". What I got was coffee with French vanilla at the bottom of cup, NO cream or sugar! I told her I wanted the cream and sugar, so she took my cup back waited a minute or so and handed it back to me without adding what I wanted.
