Arby's — Restaurant in Platteville

We live in Lancaster and stop at the Platteville location on Sundays after Church as our weekly 'splurge'. Lately, we have been going to KFC because Arby's can't seem to get our orders correct. 3 of the last 5 visits have been missing requested items ranging from sauce packets to entire sandwiches. We understand how busy things can get and appreciate how hard the team is working to meet the demands of the public, however, when we called to speak to a manager, she was apologetic in a very dismissive way, did not even ask what our concerns were or even what the order number was and made promises to mail coupons we never recieved. There were tomatoes (requested none) on a sandwich and the person has an allergy. Another sandwich was missing and we recieved curly fries and had asked for crinkle cut. I've only ordered from this location twice and I have gotten a horrible stomach ache both times from the food which is abnormal for me. Thought nothing of it, figured it was just the grease and forgot about it. a week later I was hired at this location. I left after an hour on my first day in absolute horror. The stench in the back kitchen made me nauseous. Staff was barely trained at all and the manager was rude af to everyone. I get its a new store, but food was sitting out open overnight, things were not cleaned probably since it opened with rotting lettuce and tomatoes sitting at the bottom of the bain that no one wiped out. I did not see proper hand washing take place, the floors were slick with grease. nothing was organized or following any food safety protocol. I will never eat at another arbys again, nor will I ever work there. This store will likely be closed down for failing food inspections sometime in the near future unless someone gets in there and...

Great food, always as a brand, almost always at this site. If you know this roast beef well, you know if it's sliced too thick it tastes like dog food and if it's sliced too thin you have a pile of shavings. But just right and you have delicious perfection! I used the drive thru on this visit so I can't comment on cleanliness or anything inside, but it's usually clean. The only thing that had made me want to call to complain.... the employees. ☹️ Not the entire team but we've been there at times when the people working are yelling at each other, they've been on cell phones while we've waited, they've finished personal conversations with each other before coming to the counter (and I've seen it from the inside when the drive thru had been ignored a bit too long also) but nothing that would stop me from being an Arby's consumer. It says that I had a 10-30 min wait time for a table, but I had a 13 minute wait with 2 cars in...
