DeVino's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

I've been eating here at least once per week for the last year, specifically for the salad. My health issues require eating more salads. Their Spring Mix salad lunch combo is a wonderful salad and my usual, with hot garlic bread and free soda. Outstanding value. Probably the same value for all the lunch special offerings.

The decor is comfy and mid-scale Italian, so you feel at home with soft seating and warm colors, but they don't go after the high-end Italian restaurant decor, and I'm glad about that as that can make me feel pretentious and uneasy. But it doesn't feel dated either, as if it needed remodeling 20 years ago. They have a substantial bar, but it's never been too loud, and I've necessarily noticed anyone very obnoxious even when there's a game playing, and I can't say anything about the cocktails since I don't drink. It may be more intense during happy hour or Friday night after a local football game, but I honestly don't know. This is a big restaurant so I doubt they would ever be at max capacity or there would be a wait. Parking is free and never a problem...

Love their pizza, I recommend you stick with pizza here, the pasta dishes are tasteless, also my sister got the meatball sandwich which had dense meatballs and completely uninteresting. She did not eat it and the wait staff did not ask her why. i think good customer service would have asked her if she did not like it and he could get her something else or at least ask why she didn't eat it and didn't want to take it home. I realize we could have spoken up, but I think good customer service would have noticed and asked about it. It's really sad because I've been going to Devino's for a very long time and noticed that there is hardly anybody in the restaurant nowadays. I'm putting this review up, hoping that you'll pay attention and maybe change up your menu a little bit, so you don't go out of business, although your pizza business is probably really good, I see people coming in to get pizza takeout...

They just play game with us never take your child if they are so hungry 2 times wrong pizza service we got .We ordered veggie pizza they brought pepperoni and took it back naked the new one and second one was looks amazing veggie but burned one !!!! And asking us ‘’ you want me make it third one ‘’ Would you believing them after 2 pizzas issues So didn’t believe them They weren’t feeling guilty neither on top Server and her manager came and telling us to leave ! What a good servis ? What type of servis ? Are they human? We all human but any mistake they have to be nice and trying to solve problem human way not the animal way sos sorry to say but they waste our time big time and my 7 years old kids were crying from hunger !
