Starbucks — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

I would give a better rating but the customer service I receive from a barista named Aaron is horrible. He should not be working in customer service at all. He seems very annoyed with me everytime I go there. When i order i pay for extra caramel and 4 add shots. He barely gives me any caramel when I pay 80 cents extra for it. My drink makes extra Frappuccino and when I ask for the extra he either throws it away quickly or he grunts when i ask. Why throw what i payed for away when you should just give it to me. Thats a waste. Literally every other Starbuck i go to always give me the extra Frappuccino that my order makes. They even ask me if i want the extra. Thats sad! I have been nothing but nice. I say thank you and I get no response. I have even witnessed him being way more nice to other customers....

This Starbucks outlet closes at 7 o’clock. But they deny to take your order at 6:30. Next day I walked there at 5 o’clock and the girl behind the counter told me that she doesn’t work here and they are closed. I tried to inquire around, but nobody was interested to respond. No wonder what I hear all the time from people buying coffee...

This visit was just so-so. Maybe they aren't fully staffed yet? If I am paying for a service, I want good service. I don't like having to ask or repeat myself. I can get that at home for free. Food usually no complaints. This just...
