Me and the two roommates ordered via grubhub from here. They've lived here 8+ years and me about 1.5 years. 1st time experience. Everything was really good expect the "Scallop with Hot Spicy Garlic Sauce $14.75 Hot and spicy dish". There was nothing "hot and spicy" about the dish. Indeed the 2 rommies, neither of whom can handle spice, tasted it and confirmed that it was sweet and there was nothing spicy about it.
No big deal. I've worked in food virtually all my life. Mistakes happen.
Imagine my surprise when I called the restaurant and I was told, after some hemming and hawing, that their "hot spicy" garlic sauce was very sweet. Furthermore there was nothing that could be done.
Well, yes there could have been more done on the restaurant's part like, truth in advertising, an offer to remake the dish...........I don't know, maybe just a simple apology.
They came SO close to having 3 regular customers tonight.

I have previously ordered from them, and while their food was good I was not at all satisfied with their service. I ordered delivery from them 2 times so far, the first time they took just over an hour to deliver and this most recent time it has been close to 2 hours and they have yet to call me or provide me with a status of the update. I have also attempted to call twice without success, first they told me that they were on their way and then 45 minutes later I was told that they were still on their way and that they would call me back and hung up. However, there was no call back number provided, so how would that be possible?
While food mainly a priority when choosing a place to dine, service holds just as much weight if not more. Would like to at least told realistic expectation or at least be contacted if my order is taking much longer then originally expected.

Food & service was Awesome. We were there at noon, we were the only people there the whole time which was odd because it was lunchtime & their food is Delicious. We figured why no one was in there because the owners have two small children there with a children's show on the Big screen trying to help them behave, but all of a sudden they're fighting & screaming! Nobody wants that kind of atmosphere when they're dining out! They need to take the kids elsewhere for daycare so this business...
