Zio Fraedo’s — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

Sherry's moved into the dining at Zia Fredos for Breakfast and Lunch and Zia Fredos will still serve fine Italian dining for dinner and banquets. I'm personally looking forward to the expansion of Dinner Shows that we have enjoyed so much. The food and the shows have been well worth it. Looking forward to it. It's been a while since Sherry's moved in with Zia Fredos and it's as successful as we hoped it would be. And Zia Fredos had a dinner show last month that we missed and two more in August and September. Also, when we go for brunch, there's usually a banquet or two happening in the banquet rooms. Service is always great and business is better than ever. Update 9/20/24 We attended a dinner show at Zia Fredos with a band called Top Shelf, Best Music Ever. The banquet room was set up for many large groups with a special occasion and then other tables for individual patrons. The band played Motown hits and contemporary songs, Purple Rain and Uptown Funk and just had the whole place rockin out. Then the crowd on the dance floor asked them to do a Soul Train line, so they adjusted their program to do that and got so many people having a good time. The food is always fabulous, the Prime Rib buffet, and the performers have always been great but this group was over the top...

Really love this place for a long time I used to go here a long time ago. I really love the owner he's a great guy if he's still around I think he is. Super food super good people working there. The only thing I don't like nowadays is they don't really have the dining room they used to have. They have the big rooms for people to rent out and stuff like that but it seems like the dining room is in the bar or something I think I don't know I was kind of confused last time I went. But I haven't gone in a long time and I'm old so you know go to this place enjoy it it's a lot of fun if this is what you're looking for and the food is outstanding. I just wish they had a dining room a regular dining room and that they would stay open later than 9:00 or whatever it was when they close when I went last time it was just getting dark. Since the pandemic that's the way it's been a lot of places like this and it's really bummer for me so I don't even get hungry until 9:30...

Local 21 held the holiday banquet here. The venue easily held 250 seated guests at tables dressed in fabric tablecloths and napkins. The catering included appetizers of breaded fried zucchini and mushrooms with marinara or ranch. Dinner included fresh hot bread rolls, spring greens with house or ranch dressings made from skratch, fruit platter, separate cheese platter, bowtie pesto pasta salad, sauteed vegetables, caprese salad, chicken, prime rib, penne pasta with alfredo sauce and a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache center. Soft drinks were served along with coffee and assorted hot tea with cream and sugar as well as a pay bar. The servers wore uniforms and cleared tables promptly.
