I was not serviced at this store due to discrimination from Dalton because I am black and my daughter had her bike in the store . I agreed to remove the bike and Dalton continued disrespect me and refused to service me . I am writing to his because Dalton refused to give me information to report this matter . I am looking to go forward with this issue and have reached out to Human Resources . It was horrible belittling treatment that no one should experiences due to their race or gender .Dalton made me feel harassed like he had a personal agenda with me or against me .I shop here regularly and have never had a problem . It was even terrifying because his actions threatened the safety of me and most importantly my toddler child . Read moreHad the worst customer service by girl in charge of pizza tonight. It really threw me for a loop. I called in order. Flat bread pizza onion mushroom. They said it would be 40 min. No problem, showed up after 35 min. They had pepperoni pizza regular crust. I said I didn't order that. Must be someone elses.Girl comes out with attitude and says...you want me to make you a pizza?????? I said I am here to pick up my pizza I order 30 min ago. Read moreOK so I walk in the door at 2am. I ordered a sub sandwich but the person that took my order huffed and puffed and looked at me like are you serious?? I proceeded to explain my order, then after the fact this gentleman felt obligated to tell me that my order is not a problem but i just happened to come during donut making time...while I waited the other worker was having a politically charged conversation with another customer, which involved people taking free rides for not working/welfare recipients and how horrible 3rd shift is...and so on...I work 3rd shift...this is my day time so I should not feel like I'm a burden when I want something to eat for lunch. ..at an establishment that serves food 24/7; nor should I have to put up with listening to employees complain about how hard life is....
