Whitt's Barbecue — Restaurant in Pleasant View

I notice im just a kid, but this food is amazing! I read a few reviews one had no coma's like dude a 10 year old started to corecct you. Ive been here a few times and they tend to run out of food a lot. But its the food and popular stuff, so me and my family understand! Not to mention, the ice they have is the best! Better then sonics, and my sister used to work there so ive had my fair share of it. The pepole are always nice! Not once have I ever experienced bad service whe going with and adult or my sister. Some pepole are overly dramatic about the pork having no flavor, but every time I get it hits perfectly fully of flavor is live right next the a bernets (My sister works there) I used to only know what their BBQ tasted like, but now I only eat wit's I suggest it foe somebody who wants to try...

We went there on a Wednesday evening at 7:15. There was a sign on the door that they closed the dining room at 7:30, if you can call that a dining room, and they wouldn’t even let us sit down, because they had to “mop the floor “. It was stark, lifeless, with no homey, barbecue type touches at all. The staff were OK, but it looked like Mom and Dad had left the kids in charge. They were out of about half of the menu items. The ribs were tender, but way too salty. The vinegar sauce was watery and not tasty. We had to ask for bbq sauce. So, after standing outside and having our dinner on the hood of the car, there wasn’t even a trash can. Can’t...

I usually have a great experience here and leave a good tip. The last couple of times I’ve been here they have severely declined. I wish I did not leave such a large tip only to get home and realize my nachos barely had any chips and the portion size was way smaller than normal. I got two turkey nachos. One of them had maybe 5 chips in it and the other had barely any as well. I will not be coming back here when the ashland city Witt’s is just up the road and they never fail to actually give you enough...
