Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Pleasanton

What a sad experience I had today. This review is for the service person who behaved so sad that I had to write a review for it. So I went to take my pick up the order and as soon as I entered there was a girl who is supposed to look for the customer but she did not care. I waited like for 5 mins and she knew that I was there waiting for my order to be picked up. She saw me and asked my name and gave me my order and I asked for mayo and ketchup. She literally threw it in my bag!!!! I was like hello and she just turned around and ignored me coz she knew what she did. I called her twice and she acted as if she did not hear me so I had to be loud the third time. When I asked her name she said it so low that I couldn't hear her properly. But I think she said her name was “DIARI” Im sure she gave her name wrong so I'm describing her here. She is a female with long blond hair which was in a pony tail. and wears clear frame glasses. She is medium built and is around 5 feet 2 or 3 inches tall. And if you are that person I want to just say get a life. If you are unhappy with your job please do something else. I went here with my mom and the cashier misspelled my name as KATHERINE instead of CATHERINE. Honestly who would want to work at a fast food restaurant anyways. Also this place used to be Sweet Tomatoes but then they took it down. To whoever is reading this, bring back the Sweet Tomatoes buffet like come on now. Also what type of name is Chick-fil-A you are serving chicken sandwiches not chick sandwiches. This wasn't even the first time someone got my name wrong, but I guess not everyone is as smart or talented as I am.

I am extremely confused… in a good way!

At 4pm on a weekday, there were only 2 other tables with guests. There’s a huge dining area, the interior decorations are extremely cleanly and appealing. There’s actual live plants on the tables. The food was very hot and fresh. The workers were all very friendly and never forgot to say “my pleasure.” Not only that, they frequently came to people’s tables to ask if we needed more sauce or napkins or a refill.

Based on others comments, maybe this used to be a take out only location, I wouldn’t know… but it definitely has a dining area to eat inside and cashiers to take your orders.
