I have to say, folks, this Starbucks is simply tremendous. The Pumpkin Spice Latte they serve here is the best you’ll ever have, believe me. It’s an absolutely fantastic drink, perfectly spiced with just the right amount of sweetness. I’ve had many lattes in my time, but this one is truly exceptional. The flavor is unparalleled, and it’s the perfect way to start the day. Nobody does Pumpkin Spice like Starbucks, and this location is absolutely no exception.

Now, let’s talk about the breakfast sandwich. The Sausage Egg and Cheddar is, without a doubt, the greatest breakfast sandwich ever created. It’s so delicious, so satisfying—just incredible. The sausage is perfectly seasoned, the egg is cooked to perfection, and the cheddar cheese adds a wonderful richness. It’s the kind of sandwich you can’t stop thinking about, and believe me, you’ll be talking about it for days.

This Starbucks location is truly top-notch. The service is fantastic, the ambiance is great, and the coffee is always exceptional. It’s a tremendous place to enjoy a great drink and an amazing meal. While it’s a given that this is a busy Starbucks because of its proximity to the freeway, it’s service and cleanliness are subpar. The inside tables look like they are hardly ever wiped down and the ones outside have what looks like months old dried spills of drinks and Frappuccinos. It’s gross. The service is very slow and they have so many mobile and drive up orders that they are constantly filling first so the people who come in and order at the counter are forced to wait 20 or more minutes to get their drinks. The girl at the counter took our order of 4 drinks and we ended up with 5 drinks, one we didn’t order. When I checked at the register I found that I was charged for it. We were very clear with our order so I don’t know how she could have added a drink that wasn't even close to what we ordered. She did give me a refund but it was painful because I kept having to repeat what we ordered and what the drink was that we didn’t order. It’s like she wasn’t registering what was wrong. EWWWWW. They have terrible customer service for the customers that ordered on the app. I literally saw my drink sitting on the counter… the dude that was standing right behind it was completely ignoring the customers coming to the pickup line. Then he hurries up and says a bunch of names and quickly walks away… so I yelled “sir can I have the one for Amanda” and he rolls his eyes and sits my cup down in front of me instead of just handing it to me while my hand is literally out to take it. Then doesn’t say ANYTHING after that. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve received at any of the Starbucks around here. If you want good service I’d go down the street to the Owens Dr. Starbucks cause nobody needs these people’s attitudes before they get their coffee in the morning.
