Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Pleasanton

Did an online order that glitched and sent to this store which is an hour from where I live. I called to have the order cancelled/refunded (per local Mountain Mike’s recommendation) and the “manager” said that they couldn’t issue me any sort of refund-I was told I could drive there and still get my pizza...that was an hour away or “let it go as a loss.”

Update: Fiancé drove down and showed the manager proof of my internet glitch. They made him a new pizza. Still had to drive 70 minutes round trip, but at least there was an attempt to make it right.

Update 2: Received a call/email from Mountain Mike’s and they 1) apologized, 2) gave me a free pizza voucher, and 3) wanted to know exactly what happened so that it wouldn’t happen to anyone else. GREAT business! We were quickly helped and able to find a table easily. I'm not sure that who helped us was the owner, but he sure seemed like it. He knew many of the customers and aptly handled phone calls, pick-up orders, and dine-in orders. He was friendly and helpful, as was the other staff. The salad bar was well stocked and clean; my salad was fresh tasting and delicious. We were told our pizzas would take about 40 minutes but it seemed like they came out much sooner. We ordered a cheese pizza and a Robber's Roost. Both were consistent with Mountain Mike's flavors and generous toppings. Our fountain drinks were delicious as expected. I came in about 12 stay till about 1 and then I asked the owner I think he was if he was bringing out any more pizza and he said no I said but it's not one o'clock yet. You said there's no people here I'm not making any more pizza and what was out on the plate was not really edible at the time I don't recommend this place to anybody especially with the attitude that they had. And all we had was pepperoni and Hawaiian that's all they served I was very disappointed.
