We initially liked to come here even though we have a Starbucks closer to us because of the excellent service. However, we have unfortunately ran into 2 negative experiences with the same employee who I feel is disrespectfully treating. I came in for a custom order and it was made incorrectly. I did not think too much of this and politely asked them to remake it. When I brought up my complaints the employee asked “are you sure”? I was definitely sure because I’ve ordered this many times so I showed them the order on my phone and pointed out the differences. The employee took my drink and had it remade. Yet, it still was made incorrectly and was missing several ingredients. I didn’t want to inconvenience them so I ended up leaving with my drink that I ended up tossing. Since the service is usually good I still visited. Very recently we had another incident where I went and ordered my usual custom order which the same employee took ( I have an easily upset stomach so I can’t have cinnamon or whole milk). And the drink came back with a bunch of cinnamon. I politely asked for it to be remade and when it came back again I couldn’t taste the oat milk at all and later got an upset stomach! Read moreWorst Starbucks ever! Very unorganized,unprofessional and terrible customer service skills. There was plenty of employees working but nobody knew what to do. The drive thru employee didn't know that CDL stood for Cinnamon Dolce Latte. They were out of Vanilla yet took my order for a vanilla latte,repeated the order back to me. Didn't take anybodys name so everyone of the customers were trying to guess if it their drink or not. Then after waiting 10 minutes for my vanilla latte to come out i asked where it was. Mind you I ordered 6 drinks and got all 5 of them already before wondering why it was taken so long the manager informed me that they didn't have any Vanilla. She goes on to say that Starbucks in California are out of Vanilla! What a crock of BS🐂💩
This is not my first bad encounter at this location but it will definitely be my LAST.
Drive another exit away and get the drink you want and the service you deserve.
Buyer beware of this location and be prepared to wait a long time to get bad service.
I am a good card member so I'm very keen to what to expect at a Starbucks location and usually don't do reviews but this was the worst service I have ever had and felt it was fair to warn fellow people to steer clear.
