Update: Changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star due to lack of cleanliness. We hoped for a positive change, but upon arrival on 10/7 between 4:30-5, we found all but 1 table to be unoccupied, but littered with crumbs and / or empty beverage containers. At the serving station, food particles were across the surface in many areas. The beverage areas allso had food particles throughout. The trash in the dining room was overflowing. There was no soap in the men's bathroom. There was not a crowd of customers during this time.
My friend ordered a burrito and said it was full and tasty. They were stocked with the ingredients he wanted.
(The below review was from several months ago) We came to this location because the Canton location is always out of ingredients. We arrived at 6:45pm. They close at 10pm. For starters, they were out of the veggies and would not have any for the rest of the night. We didn't ask any more questions of what they had or didn't. We both wanted the veggies they advertise. We were tired of getting told the same thing from Canton, yet here we go again.

Read moreIf i could give this location zero stars I would. They are always out of everything. Give very small portions and then charge you extra when you ask them to put a little more in the bowl even when you didn’t even get a normal portion in the first place. There is always a stipulation on how you can use your rewards and how you have to get your food made even though no other locations have the same requirements. They are very rude and very slow. When I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee very rudely telling me they were out of about 4 different things and then he hovered over the employee making my food telling me how much I will have to pay extra because of how I wanted my food made. He then Proceeds to tell the employee making everyone’s food that he is doing it wrong and he is going to have to relearn how to do everything because he does it wrong. The kid making the food kept whipping his nose on his arm and touching his face. He was also touching all over the restaurant and never changed his gloves once. Happy I got a bowl and he didn’t have to touch my food with his hands. I will not be going to this location Ever again and I may take a break from eating chipotle...
Read moreFinally good service and everything was available! We have tried to go to the Canton and Northville locations many times. Each time we went & waited in line and when it was our turn they were always out of lettuce, cheese, sour cream etc…. We have been told that the afternoon crew does not re-stock for the evening, and we were there within hours before closing. I did not even want to go to another chipotle location but my husband convinced me and we were surprised that the Plymouth location was open. We saw people in the restaurant, walked up to the door and saw a note that stated they were not open yet. Just as we started to walk away one of the team members waved her hand and said we could come in. There are so many team members there, all of them were polite and helpful, the food tasted great, the store it was clean and everything was available. If they continue with this good service and all of the food is available I will continue to go to this location only!
