Stopped here to pick up some dinner on the way home the other day. We were informed at the drive thru that only 2 individuals were on staff, so our order may take a little while. We appreciated the warning, but said it was alright we weren't in a hurry. We pulled up to the window and saw several other cars waiting for their orders. The young lady at the window was very polite and professional despite the obvious stressful circumstances. She even complimented my girlfriend on how good she looked! Which made our day! After we pulled aside to wait for our order a customer walked up to the window complaining about her order. Seemingly making things more stessful. Not long after, our order was brought out to us. The staff member was still very polite and professional despite it all. The food was great and the service was excellent. I usually am not the one to get online and leave reviews. However with the shortage of employees pretty much everywhere I've seen the worst come out of people with the way they treat the overworked staff members left. Read moreThe cashier was newer with only a months experience, which we didn’t mind. She asked multiple questions of staff, which we also didn’t mind. Then we were told there was no roast beef for 15-20 minutes after we had already paid. We didn’t mind, we just asked for a refund and would change our orders. Then the newer cashier got really sassy and whiny with her coworkers to do the refund. It was really unprofessional, and I felt like I was witnessing a toddler about to throw a tantrum to the staff. The order and refund ended up taking 5-7 minutes and then wait on food took maybe another 3-5, so we might as well have gotten roast beef. On another hand, the bathrooms are also disgusting. Every piece of porcelain was orange and stained, which I passed as really rusty water, but the bathrooms across the parking lot were fine. Awful place. Go to the McDonald’s...
Read moreI stopped by to grab a small bite after getting gas at the connecting service station...I was very disappointed in the customer service...I found that the employees only seemed to care about what's on their mind concerning each other and made some comments that did not help me feel very welcome in the restaurant...they acted like their job was a bother to them..."If asked if you wanted to take orders or make shakes, and you say I don't like making shakes and I don't like taking orders (in front of all the customers), then maybe the food/customer service industry is NOT for you!!!! As a cook myself (somewhere else), I am tired of being treated as if I don't matter when I am a customer...All I ask is whenever you are within ear shot of any customer, treat them with the utmost respect!!!
