Starbucks — Restaurant in Plymouth

I always order the same drinks at the other location in town for years. I grew up in Plymouth since a baby. But I have started going here a few times bc it was convenient on my road to work.

I am semi-anorexic and I only drink this one Starbucks order the whole day. I’m very OCD and stoic even tho my appearance look soft and immature. I am extremely picky. And a difficult person BUT I’m usually lax and easy to reason with. I’m also a small town nail tech here and work part-time so you can imagine how broke I am.

Today I was extremely disappointed to have my drink made wrong. I usually get a matcha drink or, like today, a peach green tea without lemonade and depending on my mood, 3-6 pumps of classic. Most of the time only 3 pumps of sweetener. And other times just no sweeteners, less ice and more green tea. I have ordered this drink in different mixture proportions so I’m very aware and familiar to the taste.

I guess now I will have to try the drink and make sure it’s the way I want it...

I have been to this newest Plymouth Starbucks location twice. Each time, I ordered a Venti Latte. Each time, the coffee was not hot, nor did the coffee taste like Starbucks. It was a weak cup of coffee. Both times, their product has been a huge disappointment. I regularly have coffee at other Starbucks and have been drinking a Venti Latte for years. Someone is not doing something correctly because this place is not on par with any other Starbucks I've frequented. I won't return to the new Starbucks on US 30...

Girl at the drive thru should not be taking orders. Bless her heart, she got our entire order wrong. Ordered a large iced white mocha and got a small and then ordered two cream cheese danish and she gave us the other danishes. She had the car in front of us order wrong as well. If she’s training she should have someone watching her. Place is too expensive to not get...
