Bob Evans — Restaurant in Plymouth

I decided to take my father to dinner and we had an awful experience at this Bob Evan's location. The server Brookelynne took our order for drinks and quickly ran off to tend to some other task. My father ordered coffee. She put it on the table as fast as she could and started the other way. Didn't see if he needed cream or sugar. So he waited about 10 minutes to see if she would come back before getting up and getting his own cream and sugar. It was like this most of the night with the server. When we left it took us twenty minutes after asking for a box to get the bill. And that's not even the worst part. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, one of them was completely out of toilet paper. As I came out of the bathroom the hostess Jessica was walking to the front towards customers. I very politely approached her and said ma'am excuse me for a moment. I know you have customers that you are attending to but the bathroom is out of toilet paper and it's very dirty. When you have a moment could you ask somebody to take care of it? She interrupted me before I could even finish speaking and rudely told me that somebody already informed her about the bathroom and that she was handling it and abruptly walked away. I have never seen such rude customer service at a small Town Restaurant. I know everybody has bad days and I know the fast food business can get pretty busy but the attitude towards the customers could be so much better. After traveling for almost 3 hours coming back from a work trip, this was our last stop before home. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Our waitress was terrible. Never checked on us and could not figure out our order. I got the new parm chicken dinner with green beans on the side. The green beans were ok but my chicken was not cooked all the way and the broccoli was not cooked at all. She said I got a bread with my dinner, so I decided on pumpkin bread..never got it. My co-workers chicken was not cooked all the way and was cold. We ordered an appetizer, candied bacon, only to find out 15 min later that they were out. This was the 4th time she had to come back to our table to get our order right cause she couldn't figure out what she was doing. So while we thought we were waiting on our appetizer really our order still had not been placed at all. My bill came to 14 and some change, and my co-workers 12 and change...which we basically paid an ass load of money to get terrible service and drink 2 cups of coffee and still walk out just as hungry as when we walked in!! Usually good enough to overlook the filth of the place. My dad and I went to go get a comfort meal after I had a rough day at work. Service is usually slow, but today it was way worse. It wasn't busy either. Took forever to see our waitress let alone get out food. Then when our food finally came out, another waitress brought it to us and my order was wrong. So instead of giving my dad his order, she took them both back. Then we saw our waitress talking to the manager and heard the manager say "go tell table 23 you messed up their order" (something alone those lines) so our waitress comes over and apologizes, no big deal, mistake happen. She then asks if we want the meal that was correct to come out or to wait, so we said to bright it out. She does and it's cold, then my food comes out and the chicken and mashed potatoes were good, but there was a big long black hair on top of the corn. We also never got our banana bread. The manager comes over and apologizes but she seemed to be in a bad mood. Needless to say we left very unsatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted.
