Was driving by on my way to Fort Wayne, and decided to stop by since it was a local restaurant instead of a chain, and it had good reviews. First thing, they do NOT accept credit cards, so make sure you have cash, while a bit inconvenient, it wasn't a deal breaker. It took about 3-5 minutes for someone to come and acknowledge me and give me a menu. Once I was noticed the waitress was very friendly and checked up on me quite often. I'd give their customer service 4 stars. Their menu is VERY extensive. Personally, I'm usually turned off by restaurants that have too many items on their menu, I prefer when restaurants stick to fewer items and are great at making those items, than when they have a bunch of items and are mediocre at all of them. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad, figured a salad was a safe choice. It came with a bowl of soup. I picked Chicken Noodle. The soup was ok, a bit too salty for my liking, but edible. When the salad came it was just iceberg lettuce with a tomato that had been cut in 4, some red onion rings on top and then grilled chicken drenched in buffalo sauce. it was like having buffalo sauce soup! the bottom of the bowl was drenched in warm buffalo sauce which made the lettuce warm and soggy, it was disgusting! Go here at your own risk, and definitely don't...

We drove half an hour to attend the Blueberry Festival in this city of Plymouth. We stopped in to grab something to eat to fill our tummies (festival prices, if you know you know). Food was subpar at best (not hot just warm), only thing hot was our son’s chicken tenders (fried crispy so not all of it was edible). Grilled cheese he took a bite out of -and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. He didn’t eat it. We still were charged and paid full price for it (not an issue). Our daughter’s waffle was soggy. Her father tried to help her eat it-we left half of it. My husbands food was just warm, didn’t finish that either. They produce food at a rapid speed. The majority of personnel that frequent the restaurant were elderly. Lots of seating, the booths could use a reupholstering. Sticky. The service is great. The food-needs work (seasoning goes a long way). The staff, very friendly, not short handed at all (at least not this day-it’s Saturday). There’s only 1 restroom for the men and women. There were flies and nats in the restaurant, makes for a nuisance when you’re trying to...

We will Never return!! Issues with our meals Every time we've gone, and simply Terrible food the last time we went. Last time a few weeks ago, the female manager apologized and made it right. Came back today with the gift card she gave us last time. Went to order food and was told they ran out of the gravy for the special breakfast skillet. Understandable, so I asked if they could sub it for something and gave a few suggestions. Our waiter checked with the male in charge. I was told no substitutions unless it was for their other gravy. Brown gravy and chicken gravy do not go on a breakfast skillet as a substitute for breakfast sausage gravy. I asked instead can you lower the price since I don't want to pay for an ingredient you don't have. Our waiter again asked and I was told no. At that point I paid for my drinks with the gift card, left a tip for the waiter, and left. The gentleman checking us out asked if I wanted the manager or owner. I informed him that I tried already, and it was too late, that I paid and was leaving and...

Great host, server, and staff! Was very shocked and impressed that we could get soup AND salad AND dessert with the entrees! All that food for very little price! So affordable! Portions were huge for the entree’s! Huge selection on the menu! Carol is a hard worker, presents herself well, and cares about the customer! She does a great job leading the team! Both servers today, (Christmas Eve) were bubbly and great with all of the people! Good to see the place busy!

If this were anywhere else, add 50% to your bill. 2nd time passing thru Plymouth and stopping in, and it exceeded our original experience. The coconut shrimp I would put up against anything in the Keys. The ribeye was excellent and was the pollock. The batter was light and amazing. If you are passing through (or if you are a local and haven’t stopped in) it is your loss.

Personally I feel like this is the best diner in town. The other breakfast joints just slop everything on the plate, this place actually cares what it looks and tastes like. Had lunch there for the first time and I was really impressed. Great family setting. Will eat there many more times.
