Boli's Pizza — Restaurant in Plymouth

Great food and the owner is a fantastic guy. I truly enjoy Boli's. This place has become our family "go to" for take-out night. We were spending anywhere from $250 - $300 a month here. That said, over the last year they hired this little troll who answers the phone and takes orders. This young person is the worst!!! He hates the job, hates talking to people, struggles with English, and always gets the orders wrong. He's rude and careless. I feel bad because Boli is great guy and knows me by name, but I'll never go back unless the troll is gone. Good food, good people, service could...

Terrible customer service absolutely horrible. One time my order was wrong and they wouldn’t even remake it. Then last night October 24th 2021 I ordered food for my family spent 50$ left a 5$ tip for delivery driver they double charged my account. Now I’m out 50$ I didn’t really have as a single mother of 3. Nobody can even tell me when the money will be back or if someone even canceled it. I was told I will need to wait till Tom till the owner is in. That’s absolutely a shame for all the money I do spend there when we do eat out!!!!!! Great food but terrible customer...

Last night we had pizza from here for our buddy’s birthday and I was blown away. The pizza seemed perfect; low grease (none if any), not flimsy, and had a good ratio of cheese and sauce. The pizza didn’t make me feel bloated and I was confident I could finish the entire pie by my self. Unfortunately I had to be considerate of the party so everyone else can enjoy the experience I had.
