Cappy's Pizza — Restaurant in Plymouth

HIDDEN GEM! Prior to trying Cappy’s I had heard great things and was eager to try them for myself. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. The staff who tended to our group was SUPER accommodating and patiently recommended popular choices as we tried to decide what to order. We ordered the chicken piccata, a typical Brazilian pizza called Portuguesa, and the fried shimp/fries combo. The chicken piccata was perfectly seasoned and very tender. It’s hard to find plates like these locally that aren’t offered at big, fancy restaurants. Definitely superseded our expectations. The pizza was delicious and reminded me of Brazil. I was surprised to see this option! It’s rarity in MA to find spots that I’ll make these pizzas. The shrimp was lightly battered and softly seasoned. The seasoning wasn’t overwhelming and paired well with the tartar sauce! The light batter was refreshing! I could go on and on. All I have to say is you is have to try them out for yourself! I ordered 3 pizzas and 1 dozen chicken wings last week around 5:30 pm , an hour later i called them to check on my order and said it is on the way , two hours later i got the delivery , very cold and the wings very saggy , and when i call them back , noone answered . I called them back next day snd the owner Daniella started to argue with me abou this bad experience and offered me only %50 as a refund .. What kind of business is that .. She should apologize and offer me a full refund with no question asked as their computer system shows the time the order was placed and when was delivered . It is a real joke , lack of food quality , lack of delivery skills , %0 customer service . Don't waste your money and time to order from this...

The pizza was very good... Greek style, not New York style. The low rating is for the service we received. I called the order in.They got it wrong... partly because the online menu wasn't the same as their store menu. They agreed to re-make the pizza in a larger size at no extra cost. I left the original pizza with them and came back 20 minutes later for the larger pizza. As I walked out the door the (I assume) owner loudly (and rudely) asked if I had brought back the first pizza.
