Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth

If I could give 0(zero) stars I would. While in the drive through the manager (Ashley) at the Plymouth PA location was very rude while taking my order. I told her I would come in, she told me I couldn’t. When I entered the store ALL employees refused to help me. She finally came to the register to complete my order. While tapping her fingers (still has the attitude) she is continuing to be rude. I asked her to please lose her attitude and lower her tone with me. She walked away and stated she was NOT taking my order nor was any of her employees. They then proceeded to call the cops because I was asking for her DM (District Manager) name and number. While on the phone with customer service the police officer came in. I gave her my info and the manger did not speak with the police officer that she called on me. I did end up speaking with the DM. As well as corporate. This place is horrible and has horrible customer service. She also states that she did not care about her job and threatened me. I should have been the one to call the cops. I would NOT recommend anyone spend money at this location. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ZERO STARS FROM ME!!!!! Also my 5 year old daughter was with me and was asking why she is being so rude and talking like that. My 5 year old should not be asking why someone is rude but the manager (Ashley) couldn’t notice how rude and ignorant she was being...

We had a very large order and would not let us go through the drive through. We were getting 6 ice coffees, and 10 breakfast sandwiches, 3 turkey sausage egg, and cheese on a muffin just like the picture says them we were getting 4 bacon, egg, and cheese beagles, and 3 sausage egg and cheese beagles. So I asked them to please start my order and I Will park and come right in, well the guy got nasty and said I can not and we'll not do that for you... So I asked him how all of these teachers, doctors and nurses have their order ready when they come in for them. He said we know they are going to be in and about what time, so I stormed away parked and went in would you believe they were not even busy. So I placed my order and informed them if I didn't have an emergency appointment I would have left and went to a different one. On top of that they got the coffees wrong... We wanted 2 large vanilla bean, Carmel black with an extra shot of vanilla bean in 2 of them e wanted mediums made the same way, 1 large vanilla with cream and regular sugar, 4 larger mocha with liquid sugar and cream 1 large mint with liquid sugar and creamer... Well when I left the sandwiches were all screwed up... I Will not ever go to...

Most of the time my order is wrong. The last time I went I had a offer on the app and I told the girl taking my order. She said my total will be at the window and that's where I would get the discount. When I pulled up they rushed me away. Gave me my drinks and said have a good day and closed the windows. I paid with my app so I assumed the coupon was taken off. I looked at my app and nope full price. They didn't even give me a receipt so I can go back and she them. I contacted corporate and they fixed the issue. But this store I don't recommend. Even before this they usually don't have liquid sugar or when I ask for light ice they ignore me. I don't...
