Nikkolette's Macarons — Restaurant in Plymouth

The macarons are good 😌. The service was busy today and there isn’t much parking spots. Valentines around the corner and people are trying to get in and out. I didn’t experience the level of customer service after it was my turn. Also having to hear the cashier apologize to another customer for me taking my precious time just made me feel all the more bad. Not sure if I will visit anytime soon. I believe it would of been a four star if I came when it’s less busy. I’m sure the level of customer service is excellent and I’m just not seeing it that day. It’s probably best to order first and pick up later.

The lady who works in the order line today did an amazing job being attentive and welcoming. She deserves a raise.

If you have not done yourself a favor and stopped in to Nikkolette’s for a macaron you are missing out on one of the finer things in life. I had no idea what I was getting in to when I stopped by there, I was legit drawn in by their color scheme on the sign and because dessert is delicious. I didn’t have a clue what a macaron was but picked up some anyways. Flavors like pistachio, carmel cappuccino, blueberry cheesecake, lemon and almond I was in heaven. Who knew?! I took a bite of my first one cold and it was really good, you’re supposed to wait before eating them but I figured that was just a suggestion. Nikkolette (I gotta remember two k's, just one l and two t's!) came out to my house to teach a handful of my friends and me how to make macarons! Here recipe is so delicious, precise and refined. I love all the options we had for color and flavor and decorations, they turned out amazing and she had so many tips and tricks for us. She explained everything very well, made sure we had all the info we needed to order our own supplies and ingredients and kept up with the excited and sometimes distracted behavior that a room full of estrogen brings! She was fabulous! Very kind, soft-spoken, real and excellent at what she does. I'm so impressed with her talent and am rooting for the business to grow!
