Seriously, the smash burgers at this place rival 5 Guys! My wife and I have been twice since they opened. The first time we got the 8 ounce burger, the fried chicken sandwich, cheesy bacon fries and an Oreo shake. Dayum!

Tonight we got a smash burger, the fish tacos, the cheesy bacon w/ jalapeño fries and an Oreo shake.

I'm worried for myself for this summer living so close and being able able to just walk over and get one of their shakes. They are THAT GOOD!

The staff is so friendly and brings your order to the table! Such a nice touch.

I prefer the smash burger over the 8 ounce, regular burger and love that they have the option to get a 2nd 4 ounce patty in the smash burgers.

I wish I got some photos of the fish tacos because the presentation was stunning. The rice they give with the fish tacos is delicious and the fruits and veggies that come with it are on-point.

I'd love to see Pattie Shack tweak the menu for smash burgers, offering the option to "build your own." They do this a bit with the option to add a patty or bacon but what I'd really like to do is choose from 15-20 options (most free, some like bacon w/ an upcharge) and make...

This place used to be great, but unfortunately, the quality of both the service and food has really gone downhill. I've tried giving them multiple chances—this was my third visit hoping for improvement—but once again, I was disappointed. We waited over 50 minutes for a simple order, only to find out that our takeout bag had been sitting in the pickup window for 25 minutes. I had been repeating the name on the order since I arrived, but no one bothered to check. To make matters worse, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff—just a poor attitude as the bag was carelessly handed over. An impulsive choice for a Sunday night dinner and a wonderful one at that! First time ordering from here I live in the area and have never seen/heard of it until today! I will definitely be returning again the food came out quick and was still hot when I picked it up!
