Piece of Cake is the absolute best for custom orders! We have worked with them many times over the years, both at their initial location and at their long-term home on Westerly Road. Most recently, we needed a special cake for a 10-year-old who is obsessed with Wednesday Addams, and they delivered a masterpiece. The gorgeous purple and black design was exactly what we envisioned. Creepy. Kooky. Mysterious. Spooky. Delicious.

Beyond the aesthetics, the customer care here is what truly stands out. We were struggling to choose a topper, and they generously offered detailed, professional advice about which third-party options have poor quality (saving us a lot of trouble!). Despite being slammed with orders, they were extremely flexible, letting us drop off our final decorations just a couple of days before the party. Their willingness to coordinate with our items and ensure the final placement was flawless made the entire experience so easy.

When I held a special reunion for my father and his classmates ( Scituate High school 57’), Judy and her team made a replica is Scituate lighthouse that was incredible! Amazing service!! I must have inquired with 12 bakeries for a gender reveal and cupcakes. Every single one either didn’t get back to me or wouldn’t have had it for me for 2 weeks - months out! Piece of cake so was easy to work with and got back to me immediately. They are reasonably priced unlike others. $100 for a heart shaped cake (8-10 servings) and a dozen gender reveal cupcakes with similar style to the cake. It was so special! They did pink frosting and strawberry filling just like I asked. And they had it ready for me the NEXT DAY 🩷 it was also the best tasting cake I’ve ever had.
