Starbucks — Restaurant in Plymouth

As a daily Starbucks patron I traveled to Plymouth for my birthday. I had a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIFT CARD! I ordered my usual 4 shots of blond expresso in a venti cup on ice with vanilla sweet cream NOT THE FOAM! I get to the window . A little seemingly sweet (at first) dark haired girl , tiny, dark complexion. "Just for descriptive purpose. " she did not have a name tag. Anyway, I said "oh this is not right." I asked for sweet cream not foam! (I have a boss that wanted that it's close to $7.00 plus a tip upwards of $10.00 it's a premium coffee service . ) Anyway, I said " I'll keep it no big deal." Because she seemed snarky... She walks away leaving me hanging. I'm waiting, then appears with another coffee. I said "please take back the other one." I can't and she gave me a filthy brat look and rolled her eyes!!! No thank you for the tip... that was forgotten about . These people working out here need to understand WHERE THEY ARE! It's Starbucks we're paying $$$$$$ we should get treated better . The audacity!!! Shameful service. I just said that I didn't get what I paid for and ordered? Am I supposed to pay , tip first (my fav when you have no idea if your gonna get good service or this crap!) and then I'm not allowed...

This is 1 of 3 free Starbucks locations in Plymouth (not including Stop and Shop, and Target locations). This location seems to do what they want in terms of service, and that seems to change with the day. Most of the time we avoid this location because the customer service is so inconsistent. We've been told they discontinued an item, just to go to a location 10 minutes away and learn that was untrue. We've been denied a cup of water despite purchasing a drink order, informed they can no longer give out cups of water. We've been denied requests for caramel on the side (which we pay for) so we can measure our amount of caramel for dietary restrictions. It seems, when they don't want to do something, they say it's a corporate rule, and "we can't do that anymore". Yet, none of the other Starbucks seem to have this knowledge. And it changes every day. Whomever is in charge of managing and training for this location is either misinformed or running an autonomous location on Samoset. I've been a customer for decades. This is...

The addition of the Samoset Street Starbucks location was a nice addition for the town of Plymouth. Overall, they did a good job with the design and build-out of the facility given the space they had to work with. The design is modern and the seating is generally comfortable. It's a nice place to sit and read a book or sit and focus on work remote tasks while also being able to charge any of your various devices. I have found the staff at this location to be very pleasant as well. This location is quite better than the other Plymouth location if I have to be honest and is a welcome upgrade for any Starbucks regular, but please just don't take my...
