Worst Dunkin’ Donuts you can come to, you’re better off going anywhere else, 1 star only because 0 stars isn’t an option. I have personally gotten to see the poor management for this location all the way to the district manager (who supposedly manages 7 stores). I used to go to this Swiftwater location on 611almost everyday, until one day I went with my 10 year old daughter and my 2 miniature dogs, upon arriving a lady with a Dunkin’ Donuts hat and sweater told me I could not bring dogs inside the establishment and had to go to the the drive thru, because I had walked from my house to the establishment I was told to go on thru drive-thru. After making the 5 minute line walking next to cars with my daughter and my dogs on leash, the window employee Anthony Griffin refused to serve me and kept raising his voice to leave, as I explained that I had already been inside and instructed to go thru drive in window, Anthony Griffin then said “I swear to go I’ll come outside” with his manager Stephanie Purificato next to him; obviously she’s so bad at managing (poorly trained) that she didn’t even step in or try to interject in the situation. After repeatedly being aggressively told to leave and I wouldn’t be served, I was informed by Anthony Griffin that all I could do is call the number on their drive-thru window. Obviously with my daughter and 2 small dogs in hand I wasn’t going to escalate the situation right there and then, so we walked back home and I proceeded to call the police because Anthony Griffin threatened to come outside and fight me while I was holding my dogs and next to my daughter (tough guy lol). Police made a report, but what really bothered me was that the “manager” Stephanie Purificato said to the police officer she didn’t hear him say anything about going outside. By the way this Dunkin’ Donuts conveniently has video but no audio as per the police officer and later confirmed by District Manager. I then went and called corporate to make sure they knew what occurred with their brand at one of their independently owned stores. Corporate like you would expect was very apologetic and extremely professional. Corporate said they would message the store owner so I could be contacted and the issue would be rectified. Weeks went by and no phone call or reply from Swiftwater owner, I called corporate back and they again apologized and escalated even higher promising me a reply from owner in 48 hours. Then within the 48 hours I get a call from Cindy Tomori (district manager) who manages 7 Dunkin‘ Donuts, classic game of phone tag as she provided me with the same number posted on their drive-thru window which they obviously never reply to... eventually she provided me her cell phone number and I just finished talking to her, at first she was apologetic for the incident and informed me Anthony Griffin was terminated (which I’m sure wasn’t only for my encounter) but when asked why Stephanie Purificato tried to cover up the incident for her employee when the police officer asked her what occurred Cindy Tomori told me manager was coached in handling the situation better. I asked Cindy Tomori a simple request to either send an apology letter or call me back when my daughter was home from school so my daughter understands that being calm and going thru the proper channels is the proper way to handle a bad situation to which she replied and insisted multiple times she would not apologize to my daughter because she had already apologized to me via the phone. I had informed her that I was withholding my review till post “resolution” but it’s easy to see how bad customer service is carried down from their District Manager Cindy Tomori all the way down to the window employee with a horrible attitude. The owner should consider hiring better managers and training their staff, looking at all these 1 star reviews it’s easy to see that customer service is not this Dunkin’ Donut’s priority. It’s sad because most Dunkin’ Donuts aren’t this poorly managed and I can no longer enjoy my dunkin unless I drive...
Read moreI placed my mobile order through drive thru because I was in a hurry, when I got to the establishment my order was not ready. The girl told me to park and she would bring my order, it took much more than 15 minutes, which is why I told my husband to go inside to get the order. He went inside and the girl with short black hair gave him the coffees but one of them was broken. My husband came back to tell her to change the coffee since it had spilled but she just changed the glass and put more candy in it, it was super sweet when I tried it. I went into the store and asked her to please make me a new coffee and again she gave me the same one she had given me before, super sweet, I left the store with that sweet coffee but I was not satisfied, only I saw that the employee was not going to do what I was asking her to do, so I decided not to get into an argument with her. I have always bought from this establishment and it is unfortunate but I will never buy from this...
Read moreCalled and reported this place 2 times to corporate. Coffee is completely watered down especially when the short blonde girl ( who looks like she is on drugs) is working. My orders are always missing an item, my bagels are often burnt, and the coffee is made wrong. I went to the store in Bartonsville and they said they’ve heard customers complain about the swiftwater location too. I was told the district manager would deal with it but apparently they have not. Please drug test your employees, and train them to make the coffee so I’m not paying $4-5 for a disgusting cup of watered down grounds. THIRD time this happened to me. I’ve been going here for years. I can overlook the little mistakes but PLEASE make the coffee correctly. I’m also still waiting for my refunds and will be calling the 800 number to...
