Been here a few times before. Ordered a fresh large pie. Pizza was yummy. Only 1 slice was burned and had a bit of charcoal on it. Otherwise the taste was good. I think the dough should be just a little thicker. Sauce and cheese are fine. Drink selection is pretty good, both coke and pepsi products with lots of teas too and lemonade. I would like to see Joe's tea too. The decoration and theme if this restaurant is awesome! I love the rustic cabin theme with all wood furniture, walls, floors and even cut logs used as accents in the kitchen room. Cons: on a cold night like tonight, only the table closest to the artificial fireplace is warm. All the other tables are freezing with a cold draft blowing through. This place could use some modern insulation or updated HVAC system to help equalizie the air temperature. Thermostat above my table says 68, but it is chilly here! Part of the heating problem is the high ceilings.. hot air rises and gets trapped up top which leaves the seating area very chilly. The second problem with the heating is that the entrance is not double sealed.. the main door leads directly to the cold outside with nothing to stop the cold air from rushing in every time the door opens. 2 easy solutions.. #1 double seal the main entrance so the customer enters a cold trap small room where outside air gets trapped and heated. Lock the second entrance (kitchen area), or double seal it as well. Then when someone enters or leaves, only warmed air from the trap room can enter the seating area. #2, turn on the 3 ceiling fans on slow speed with the blades pushing air downward. This will force the trapped ceiling air to come down.

Tony's has been an East Stroudsburg mainstay for nearly all of eternity. They expanded and opened this location and unfortunately had a fire that caused the other location to temporarily close. I would normally get my pizza from the other location but I was compelled to come up here and grab a pie since I was missing the other spot so much. The pizza here is thin, it's crisp, and its fantastic. The sauce has a natural sweetness with a little bit of tart and a nice garlic and basil flavor to it. The cost is right in line with any other pizza in the area and it smokes most of them handily. Can't wait for the other location to reopen this spring!

Cute little pizzeria in the heart of Pocono attractions. Really happy with the food we got here. The burger was excellent and the French fries were some of the best I've ever had. The veal parm was good, but the veal was a bit on the tough side, but everything else about the sandwich was great. One unexpected highlight was the bread. The bun for the burger and the roll for the veal parm were rustic and delicious.

I Never write reviews!! but this place needs to be on NOTICE!

The food here is disgusting, and should be shut down.

First- I ordered over the phone from website called Pizzaro 2. The establishment answered with Mad dawgs pizza and Hot Dogs and my bank statement says Tony's on the mountain. All three are the same phone number and address. RED FLAG.

We ordered 3 orders of mozzarella sticks, they called back and could only fill 1 order, agreed to replaced the other 2 with garlic bread with cheese.

The 1 order of mozzarella sticks came mushed and soggy in a small waxed bag.

We ordered 1 plain burger and 1 with bacon and cheese both well done.

We received 1 plain dry burger on a half wedge

the other came on a half wedge with crushed bacon bits and some shredded mozz cheese. You could tell the meat was previously thawed out. NO lettuce, tomatoes, pickles or condiments came with the order. Ketchup at least!

Both burgers went straight in the garbage can. Words cant do justice.

Next we had the Chicken Parm Pasta. UGH! The chicken was a round patty previously frozen and tasted like an old tire. RUBBER!

Straight into the garbage.

Next we had the Pasta alfredo. 2 bites and my kid spit it out!

Next we had the Pasta with Vodka sauce. Not sure who makes their sauce, but they should be fired.

Straight into the garbage.

Last was the 12 piece Hot wings. not sure when they were made or how they are stored before they are dropped in hot oil.

last I will say the garlic bread with cheese which we sub for the out of stock soggy mozzarella sticks was the only good item.

I tipped $10 for the driver who delivered the food.

$139.85 was my bill.

We were at Great Wolf Lodge, Thought we should order from a neighborhood spot. 4 kids and adults, not one person liked the food.

My review is to warn everyone not to make the same mistake I made.

They absolutely do not care about the quality of their food. No place can be this bad and not be aware of garbage they are serving.

We were lucky we had snacks and salad with...

Mountain Pizza (as the sign says) or Tony's pizza (as the menu says) seemed like a great place to grab a quick bite to eat with the girlfriend after a nice day at the resort nearby.

Upon walking in, we received a welcome from the cook as we seated ourselves. It looked like we were the only dine in customers. The place looked very nice and had a pocono woodsey feel to it. The server got us drinks, and asked if we were ready to order yet. I felt like we needed a few, so we carried on looking at the menu. After about another 5 minutes, we knew what we wanted. 15 minutes went by..... I figured it was a busy Friday night with delivery orders or something. 15 more minutes go by, at this point I'm about to just leave. I go up, and let them know that we were forgot about, and a different serve immediately caters to us apologizing for the wait. She took our food orders and went off to the kitchen.

I figured it'd be another 30 minutes before we saw any food, but to my amazement the pizza and our fries came out 10 minutes later. The fries were nice and hot seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Nice. But what about the pizza? I took a bite of the pizza and knew right away it was going to be good. The sauce was a sweeter seasoned sauce. The crust was baked perfectly, golden brown in the outside, soft on the inside, and not at all undercooked. Our second server was very attentive.

Our original server came out and apologized about forgetting us, which made me feel a little better about the place.

Overall, the pizza was probably the best pizza around here in the Poconos. Having been here most of my life, I've checked quite a few different pizza joints. I'd definitely come back for some more...
