Customer service was fine at first . I had brought a bike there to be fixed . It needed a rim and a couple bolts . They charged me $200 and gave me what looked like a new rim until I rode the bike and it was bent . Upon further inspection I notice they used other used parts (bolts were Rusty and not right at all). I questioned this and I was told they don't make the right bolts any more . Which is bull . I also got spoken to like I was an idiot. I've been working on bikes for over 20 years now and kind of pretended like I didn't know what I was talking about just to see how I would get treated. And to no surprise I was treated like I was an idiot. so now I have to bring back a bike to surprise my nine-year-old son with Rusty parts and a bent wheel. This place was clutch. Ordered items from Amazon that didn’t arrive on time for our weekend snow tubing experience at Camelback. After trying Alpine which didn’t have one of our needed sizes we were referred by a staff member to The Loft.

This place was a total winner. We both got bibs which matched our sons bib from Target. Plenty of sizes to chose from and a cozy dressing area. The price was even 50% cheaper. Literally felt like a buy one get one free compared to Alpine. The staff member Boo was so helpful and patient with us helping to find different sizes. The selection was extensive. I don’t know what they didn’t have. In March, they also had a sale occurring. I would definitely recommend others to visit here. Over the past 5 years I have used The Loft for daily rentals for my son and me- super easy and quick service when you are trying to get on the mountain. I decided to purchase a new set of skis and boots last weekend and lucked out as they were having their tent sale. Melissa was super helpful with fitting me and pulling boots and skis that were affordable. Another gentleman was great with providing his opinion on the fit of the boots. She was super patient and I didn’t feel rushed at all, as I wanted to make sure my boots were comfortable. We were then able to rent boots and skis for the season for my son- again, they were super patient and the rentals we were given are in excellent shape.
