Baker's Wine Cafe features an exquisite selection of wines from the renowned Alba Vineyard and is a testament to the art of fine wine and good company. It's namesake is in memory of one of my most favorite animals, the late-great Baker, son of Tatum, the founder and owner of this wonderful new business in the heart of Point Pleasant.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance that Baker’s Wine Cafe is known for. One of the most delightful features is the whimsical moose on the wall, affectionately named “Moosecato.” This quirky touch adds a unique charm to the cafe, making it a conversation starter and a beloved mascot among regulars.

Such a cute wine spot! And one of the owners is a sommelier! It’s also located within Woodshed pizzeria. When you walk in you feel right at home with a warm cozy vibe that both businesses give. They have outdoor seating so a bottle of rose felt like the perfect choice! We also had a margarita mocktail which was great. They offer wines by the bottle and flights if you want to try a few. We stopped in for a wine flight, and every selection was excellent—thoughtfully curated and full of unique flavors. The atmosphere is cozy yet sophisticated, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy great wine.
