I feel so horrible for the people who have to work there with the big back wide body delivery driver with the dirty silver disgusting car! I’ve ordered here before and every other delivery person around from other restaurants around can get the food to my address! I placed my ordered through the app and it literally shows the pin directly on my house and I’m the only house at that time of with the porch light on being courteous to him! I also have my setting to leave order on the porch because i have sleeping family members! This (driver) who also probably is on drugs based off how hard he was sweating texted my phone around 1:40am saying it’s to dark for him to see and he’s taking the order back to the store i can go get it myself keep in mind they close at 2am ! SOOOOO the very next afternoon i show up to ask about getting the order i made! As im talking too the nice man behind the counter the big back driver jumps into the convo and tell them NOT to make me my order because i should’ve answered my phone ! I was like no i shouldn’t have to answer my phone because it says contactless delivery…ALSO was i talking to you ! The other workers basically had to tell him mind his business because they indeed were going to make my order because it wasn’t that serious ! He again jumps in asking me why didn’t i answer his calls or text ! Then i asked him again to stop talking to me rudely and he didn’t know i had my man in the car so i was like you wanna be rude to woman talk to a man like that of course he didn’t ! And then proceeded to attempt to call the police 🤣🤣🤣like yes please call so i can tell them the driver big back self never even tried to come to my house because we have cameras and i never received the order! Read moreJust moved to the area in July 2021. Ordered from them for the first time last week. There was a stand of hair cooked INTO the pizza, not just in top. I filed an "issue" online, and they gave me 20% off my next order. Tonight , 6:04 I placed my order. The website said the delivery person for nando went out at 6:18 for delivery. I was following him on the website Google map. I watched him drive around Brick and Point Pleasant for about 45 minutes, and then while his car was located on Princeton Avenue, all the sudden my order was processed as delivered. I opened my front door and it's not there. I checked both neighbors on the side and I checked the neighbor across the street. No food to be found. I called the shop and I told them I wanted a refund because I was waiting for an hour for food and I have two hungry kids sitting here waiting to eat before they have to go to bed for school tomorrow. She said she would refund me and make sure that my food was going to get to me. Okay, great. About 10-15 minutes later, there was a knock on the door - and my food was there. I look and see the delivery guy running down the street to his car. So he delivered it to the wrong house, and ran it over. About 5-10 minutes later, the shop calls me and it was a different person from when I called. She asked me when I was coming in to pick up my food. I told her I had a scheduled for delivery, took about an hour, I called for a refund but was told that my food was going to be delivered anyway, and I have no idea where a pickup option fell into the mix. They seem annoyed, but I'm not at fault here. Read moreI ordered through their app, an hour past and it said they were waiting on a driver mind you it was two small pies. 10mins later and my eta went up by a whole hour and said it was getting prepared once again. I called 4 times for the next 10 mins and didn’t get an answer. Choose to drive to the location since it’s only SIX mins away. As soon as I step foot inside the guy on the counter proceeds to turn around and literally watch the others work while having his arms crossed, I called out for him, turns around and says “are you being helped?” (THERES NO ONE AROUND ME ON A 5 FOOT RADIUS) explained that it was an hours and 30 mins since I ordered, everyone started saying how they were SHORT ON DRIVERS. My problem isn’t the drivers but maybe if you would’ve answered the phone I could’ve drove there and save us time, so as he’s looking for my food another guy asked him since he realize the order was in a bag “why haven’t you taken it?” SO hold on, you do have a delivery driver, YOUR PHONE WORKS BECAUSE I DIALED IT TO VERIFY AND THE GUY WHO IS AT THE COUNTER IGNORING CLIENTS WHO WALK IN BY JUST STANDING AROUND WITH HIS ARMS CROSSED IS THE GUY IM WAITING FOR TO EAT?!?!?.
