We stopped in because we heard good things, and while the donuts were decent and the place looked clean, the experience overall was disappointing. There was no menu or pricing anywhere, which made it hard to know what we were even being charged for.

We ordered 4 donuts and 2 coffees, and were surprised when the total came to $29. After checking the receipt, we noticed we were charged for filled donuts, even though we didn’t get any filled. That, along with a credit card fee, added to the frustration. Charging a card fee in 2025 feels outdated—most people don’t carry much cash, and this should just be considered a cost of doing business.

Only one employee was working, so the wait was longer than expected. The donuts we did get seemed a bit dry, too—not what we’d hoped for from a bakery.

Overall, while the shop was clean and the donuts were okay, the lack of transparency, incorrect charges, and high price point left a bad taste. We wouldn’t recommend it based...

Hey! We visited your point pleasant store again, which was always a regular stop for us. Spent $30. We got a freezer burned jumbo cupcake (it doesn’t even taste safe for my 4 year old to eat. Concerned about food poisoning). I personally had a “chocolate chocolate donut” that turns out to be a chocolate coated white donut that was so hard and stale that I thought I broke a back tooth. I threw it away after 1 bite. I tried my cream filled donut, low and behold, not one single piece of cream filling. Only a hole. The girl working was nice but someone needs to teach her the names of the items that they sale. And I understand that prices are up on everything these days we got 4 doughnuts 2 was just plain glaze one was raspberry filled and was was supposed to be something else but tasted like peanut butter. And it was $11 I would understand if they all was special ones with special ingredients. Then we was going to get a pint of milk for each until we found d they was almost $3 each. We went to go mart across the rd and got the same brand milk $1.79 each and they happen to have half gallons for the price of one pint from the bakery.
