Stopped in to have our battery/alternator/starter checked after having to jump our truck 2 starts in a row. Battery and alternator both checked good. Starter wasn't making the normal zing sound like when it has a dead spot but the employee was certain the starter was our issue and helped me figure out why it only had issues every few months before but repeatedly that day. They didn't have one in stock there but he was able to give us tips on what to do to work around it until we made it back to WI. After searching the F150 forums online that night to see if others had similar issues, I discovered that when towing, some starters seem to overheat which causes them to not crank over until they have a chance to cool down. Employee was spot on with his faulty starter assessment and his tips helped us finish our trip without any more...

Box was wet they refused to return brakes that would not fit my vehicle the also did not out then under my phone number this is the worst laziest staffed store I have ever been to I will be following up with cooperate and no your not gonna lie about the receipt I had and have it still you are terrible employees I have the video of me coming in your store I wear a body cam dont worry im sure you will see it then after they tried to lie and say there wasn't a receipt hower the receipt...

Nice, friendly & funny employees that have always been very helpful to me.
