I ordered through the app with my friend and we walked in last night at 8:30pm to pick up our orders and were met with the rudest employee I’ve ever seen at a subway. I still don’t know what we did to piss this man off but for some reason he only had a problem with us and our orders. We walked in and stood about 6ft back from the register because the man was helping someone and there was still a customer behind her. In the middle of helping her he asked if we had an online order. I told him that we had two and that’s when his attitude changed and he got really mean. He asked what the names were so I told him our names and he said, “Well I only have (my friend’s name)”. He then went back to helping the customer he was originally helping. I panicked and looked at my phone and made sure I ordered at the right place and I realized I had so we just silently waited for him to help us. After he helped the one customer, who he was laughing and cutting up with, he silently went to working on some other subs which my friend pointed out that they looked like the subs I ordered. He completely ignored us and the other guy in line. After about 5 minutes, it sounded like he mumbled an apology to the other customer. When he finished the subs, he packed them up, put them on the counter, then shoved them at us while still saying nothing and looking absolutely pissed for no reason. My friend thanked him but he ignored her and cheerfully went back to the other guy. I have no idea what we did to upset him and why he felt like it was necessary to treat us this way. Read moreMost of the people that work here are really rude and rush you. They don't greet you, frequently roll their eyes or in general have a horrible attitude. One lady is always outside smoking, another hides in the back a lot, the staff here truly sucks but they normally make a decent sandwich. So I stopped in today despite the past experiences and I have never had a customer service experience this bad before. After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes I was finally waited on, I repeated 3 times the sandwich order and she shouted at me the third time when I told her one more time that I was asking for 2 sandwiches the same sandwich, on 2 different types of bread. Simple right? But evidentally not because she spun around real quick and threw the bread loaves on the counter and shouted then why was I hearing that you wanted the same bread . I said simple you just weren't listening. She made another snarky remark while continuing to cut the bread and squish it and smacked her teeth. At that point I said you know what, I don't want anything made by you and proceeded to the door. As I walked out it she loudly says ugh rude. Obviously I just don't want some messed up inedible mess. I placed a order the the app and after charging my account was told it was canceled and the funds were never returned to the account so sense It was on my way home I still stopped in to pick up my dinner sense my order was never refunded. I was told by the guy behind the counter it was not his problem to find the number somewhere on the app(which I can not find) and that is was not his problem. I told my if I wanted to order there and pay again that's fine or I can go somewhere else he didn't care if I left. I own 2 business and if any of my employees talked to a customer they would no longer have a job period. It was very rude and unprofessional. When I told him I tried to call there store line I was informed that there is not 1 but there is store numbers on the app my email and as well as Google. I want my money returned to my account which now I ha e paid twice for my dinner just because there is not another sub shop on my way home and I will no longer be a customer at this location.
