Pizza Loca — Restaurant in Pomona

I ordered a large pizza with a few toppings and when I showed up and paid for it while the elder Hispanic lady at the register went and grabbed my order...so I checked it to make sure it was all fine but it turns out they forgot to throw the pepperoni on the rest of the toppings. No problem. We'll fix it right? No. That lady was VERY rude about the whole thing. I asked her if I was charged for the topping because if not then I'll just take the pizza as it is but they did charge me for it and she was just mumbling around getting frustrated or something. A younger worker came to the register to help out and offered to bake a whole new pizza which I was reluctant about because I was already in a hurry. So I asked if they can just refund me and redo the transaction but the elder lady was very rude and refused and began to say something about it being my problem not theirs and left with an attitude to the back. I remember when I used to work here. The work is easy, the employees were fun to talk to, and it paid well for the time. but some of their management team and by some I mean one, was very difficult to work with. imagine working at a pizza place where you know you're going to get dirty with oil and flour when making the dough only to be chastised by a certain manager simply because you had flour on either your apron or your shirt. now I don't know where this supervisor got the audacity to think that you can stay super clean while making food but obviously they don't belong in this position. whether or not they're still there I don't know. as for the food, I have not eaten there in years but it wasn't too bad. it is in a bit of a ghetto...

The staff on 9-28-18 at 7:15 pm were HORRIBLE. When I walked in there was already 2 people waiting for their food and another group who kept coming inside and asking about their order. I ordered an XL pepperoni pizza and was told it’d be a 10 minute wait. 40 mins later after the 3 staff members were done laughing and joking with each other a guy walked over to a standing hot box and called out my name along with everyone else waiting for a pizza! They had been there the entire time and no one bothered to do their damn job and give orders out! And to top it off the pizza wasn’t even that great. Do not waste your time or money in...
