Royla Motel Pomona — Hotel in Pomona

Wow this place is a joke. I give them zero stars. The "42 inch flat screen tv" doesn't work. As soon as I checked in I told them immediately that it wasn't working they came to fix it 4 different times, after each time he told me to wait five minutes and it would come back on. I gave it 45 minutes just to be safe, and the TV never ended up working. I checked in at around 2:00 PM and kept trying to get it fixed until 10:00 PM. Asked the manager if I could get a refund since it wasn't working also there was blood stains and other gross stains on the bed sheets. The towels were dirty and when I asked for New clean ones he told me he didn't have anymore he had to go get them cleaned at the laundry mat. So I had no towels to take a shower. And they told me no because I had already used the room, even though I've been trying to get the TV fixed since I got here. Not to mention their prices clearly stated online $59, he tried to charge me $95 and when I asked him for a discount because of the broken TV he told me no because he already gave me a discount by giving me the room for $70 instead. The people working here are rude and were yelling at me when I was trying to get everything figured out. This place is the worst roach infested joke of a hotel I've ever came across. I cannot believe the health department has not investigated the reviews here for the terrible health hazards that go on here. Charged 100$ for one night. Owner/Manager was rude after being paid, only response was pointing and responding "you go" to every question asked. There were bunches of roaches crawling out of the hole in the wall where the TV mount was located almost all night, nothing stopped them, bug spray etc. Staff refused to provide anything accept one towel per room, no shampoo, no soap. Room was so dirty that after walking from restroom with shoes off my feet made dirt footprints on the stained bedsheets. The manager tried to force us out at 9:30 claiming it was "room cleaning time". Then he stated to his daughter that he "did not want us there anymore" after telling him we weren't checking out till 10:30 am. Mind you check out is 11am. Then he opened the room door with the door locked and tried to come inside the room at approx 10:00 am and make us leave. The manager followed us down the street as we left screaming we took his remote for the TV, hey bro, you ruin my day I ruin your day....I think...

Typically middle eastern owned motel, its tiny and prepare to have an hr wait for the room to cool off on hot days as they dont keep the AC in the room on but while its cooling down you can clean up all the trash left by the previous tenant, it was a mess. They did also lie to me about check out time which is posted and was verbally told to me whem O checked in but somehow they think its okay to wake us up at 9:45a to let us know its checkout time. I had my alarm set for 1030a. Also the place crawls with drug dealers, drug addicts and very ugly prostitutes that solicit you as soon as you check in. The bed is one of the most uncomfortable places Ive ever tried ro sleep, shouldve saved our money and slept in the car, probably wouldve been safer that way too. Also DONT give them you credit card! They listed one orice online, another price when I called and a totally different price when I checked in.
