Initially, I was impressed by the welcoming scents of incense and Palo Santo and the extensive menu selection. I decided to get the cheesy fries and the BBQ Burger. First, my card did not work on their machines, so we had to use Clover, which is no problem. I waited outside, and they brought me my food to go, which was nice. I decided to eat there on one of the outdoor tables. To my dismay, the box was only a quarter full of fries, and for $4.50, I felt that it was not an adequate portion. I didn't know if the ketchup had high fructose corn syrup, so I didn't consume it. Nevertheless, it appears that I was given the Diablo Burger, which was tasty; I guess the gentleman misheard me when we were speaking about the barbecue burger before I ordered it and said that's what I'll have. My only complaint about the Diablo Burger is that the jalapenos are not fresh - they are the bottled kind. I will say that the flavor of the food was on point, yet overall it was not the best experience due to the quantity of items for the price. I will check back in again...

The person I had on the phone refused to let me speak and tried to brush me off. Learning about customer service and the importance of food safety should be mandatory for anyone operating an F&B business. You can tell by the owner's other responses that they are unprofessional.
Unlike you are stating in your response, you were not extremely nice to me at all, you talked over me, I asked you 5 times to let me finish my sentence. I asked on the procedure to get the refund and you said you were not willing to say anything to me. That I should make my request through ubers eat. If you had only been nice and helpful I wouldn't be here leaving a negative review. I do not talk disrespecfully to others for no reason, anyone makes mistakes and that is okay. You chose to handle it badly and gave me a bad attitude simply for asking questions politely. You lost a customer and do not care. That's fine, plenty of better quality...

The problem is that they weren't honest on uber eats and I paid an extra $5 for fries several times. It was fine until I looked them up and found out on their regular menu the fries are included with the burgers. I called and asked to find out if it was an Uber thing and the guy who answered told me that "no, the fries are included fact included". Well I've purchased from them so many times, I've never had two orders of fries. I took a break from ordering there and decided to go with a friend to their actual restaurant to give it a shot. The owner didn't even post that their physical location is closed online so we drove around 25 minutes out of the way.
