I cannot understand how this place has survived for so long. They claim new management now and then but the same awful service and attitudes continue. I used to go once or twice weekly because it was nearby. But every other visit would just grate on me by how horrible the management is. No one EVER, greets you when walking in or thanks you when leaving. No one EVER quickly approaches you to offer a menu, escort you to a table or inquire if you are eating in or taking out. Almost always, the only employee visible upon entry is a sullen guy behind the kitchen counter. He is aware of your entry but never acknowledges you. Nor does he notify the back room where one or two servers or owner are gathered talking and not observing their business. I can’t count the times I have seated myself and timed 8-10 minutes before a server just happens to wander out of the back room and is shocked to see a customer sitting in the booth. I’ve never been asked if I had been waiting long or had an apology for the wait. On a couple occasions I was aware of a woman who is an owner and I told her that the service was terrible and that I came there often, always over-tip, and her staff was doing her and me a great disservice. She said that probably no one even knew I was there and I told her straight up that the counter guy stared straight in my eyes and watched me stand around before finally seating myself. She said he was busy. There is clearly no management interest in improving anything. It is likely that the counter guys are also family and therefore no deserved action taken. No professional establishment would allow this neglect and disrespect. The fact that in the approximately 50 times I have been there over years and never walked into a room with more than 3-5 customers probably speaks volumes. Read moreI had to call 5x for someone to pickup the phone to order. Prices online are not the prices you pay (false advertising). When I arrived, I asked if they are having issues with their phone, the woman said no. I told her I had to call 5x before someone would answer. One of the times someone picked up and grunted- then I think I was put on hold. I hung up. No please hold. Literally a grunt and then no sound at all. When at the register to pay, I was told the total, which was as more than expected. I asked to see receipt and said “prices online are not the same as I’m being charged”. “Oh.” That was her response and handed me receipt to look at. As far as the false advertising, $11.95 large cheese is $13.99 at the register and the fake large margherita (it’s just a cheese pizza with very little basil scattered on it and slices of tomato) is $13.95 online and $14.95 when rung up in real life. Prices online need to indicate the same price you pay at register. Owner needs to update the website! But then again, if it takes calling 5x for someone to pick up the phone, why would I expect owners to care enough about their website and false advertising?!? I have uploaded pictures to show the issues I’m referring to. Apparently, I’m not the only one who got poor service with calling and price irregularities. I live around the corner. So I call back several times and same issue but finally someone picked up....
Inquired about my order and she says we don't deliver to your address.... So my question is why didn't you tell me this before I paid for the order?

Got a call back 15 minutes later ok we cancelled your order...
I'm livid I'm literally less than 2 miles away but 1 but 1 block over the Railroad tracks so they won't deliver...
