Wawa — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

Frequent this wawa daily, grew up with wawa so was happy to see it down here. This location is hot GARBAGE. Food at lunch time takes 30 minutes for the simplest of orders, the soda machines are out of order or out of ice a solid half of the time. I've often wondered how the general manager there still has a job. Today I had the chance to meet the waste of space myself when I tried to exchange some nicotine products I bought yesterday. Trying to quit smoking so I bought what I thought were vape pens but wound up being carts instead. So I ask to exchange them, he comes and asks for a receipt. I don't have one because they never print or offer receipts ever. I'm a rewards member and I'm sure he can easily look it up and see I bought them, even though they were perfect unopened packages and they're the only store in town that sells them he still said no. Unacceptable Lack of Restrooms at Wawa Gas Station

I recently visited the Wawa gas station and was appalled to find that they did not have functional restrooms for customers. The excuse given was that the plumbing was broken, but it's clear that the real reason is that they've had issues with homeless individuals using the facilities improperly.

As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of service, including access to clean restrooms. It's unacceptable that Wawa has chosen to abandon this responsibility, instead forcing customers to find alternative solutions, like using a coffee cup in their car!
