Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

My fiancee orders from here every Saturday for her entire team - usually multiple drinks and food items. Sometimes I go pick them up for her because I have the car. Every time I pick up, I get a call from the fiancee that there's something missing. Every time, I go back to pick it up. Never complain, just pick up what was missing. Today, when we had 4 different items missing from the order, the woman I'm assuming is a shift manager told me that there's always a problem when I pick up, and that they double check the bags. She started arguing with me about the missing items, and accusing me of taking them and not delivering them to my fiancee's office. Meanwhile, my fiancee has had the same problem multiple times but usually can't waste time driving back to pick up the items. I told her that if there was such an issue with our orders every time, maybe we don't need to come back here anymore. She then proceeded to tell me it wasn't the office ordering, it was ME.

I'll be contacting corporate when they open on Monday. In the meantime, beware and double check your order before you leave because...

Before anything, while we were placing our order we felt rushed by Le’Quanisha. Had to tell her “one second” and “hold on” multiple times. I ordered an iced macchiato and she gave me a hot one and she got really upset at me saying I ordered a hot one. Getting all her coworkers to back her up “she said hot right” and making me feel really bad. Maybe I even forgot to say the iced part, but I definitely didn’t say hot! Either way, the way she reacted with hostility was not warranted. I even offered to pay for a new one because I just wanted an iced drink and didn’t care who said what but they were SO pressed for no reason 😭 she even got her supervisor and then made my iced drink incorrectly too :/ Also we were the only ones there it was not busy! I really don't know what happened at this location. They used to be on the ball, very helpful and friendly. The last month or so it has gone downhill, I don't know if it's the new staff or what. I just waited 10 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I was the only person there. The two kids behind the counter were too busy flirting and the manager was in La La land. Last week in the drive-through I asked for an untoasted sesame bagel with cream cheese on the side. They gave me a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese on it.
