If you’re craving authentic Polish comfort food in Fort Lauderdale, Pierogi One is a hidden gem that absolutely delivers. This cozy spot specializes in classic pierogi and traditional Polish dishes, and it’s clear from the first bite that everything is made with love and tradition in mind. We sampled a variety of pierogi: mushrooms and sauerkraut, cheese and potatoes, pork, and chicken. Each one had a tender, homemade dough with perfectly seasoned fillings. Whether you’re Polish and homesick or just curious about Eastern European cuisine, Pierogi One is absolutely...

This is, hands down, the best Polish food I’ve had outside of Chicago. And as a Chicago native, that’s saying a lot. The flavors, the authenticity, the care in every bite—it all brought me back to the kind of Polish cooking I grew up with. In fact, this is the best Polish food I’ve had since my mom was alive.
The pierogi were perfection—light, flavorful, and just the right texture. The kielbasa? Spot on. Everything we tried was made with the kind of love and tradition that makes Polish food so special.
If you’re looking for real Polish food, don’t walk—run to Pierogi One. They’ve set the bar high, and I’ll be coming back...
