The Perk Beverage — Restaurant in Ponca City

I don’t see why anyone would give this place anything under 5 stars! The Perk is my absolute favorite place in Ponca (Not from there but I drive there mon-fri)! It so beautiful, staff are so kind, so peaceful and calm perfect for me who goes when I have a lot to get done! It’s also very cozy and welcoming I can’t wait to go more once the weather gets cooler it will definitely give me that urban city coffee shop feel that I crave! The Coffee is great. I’ve only tried the Caprese and a soup and they were both Delicious. Ponca is so lucky to have a nice place like this in their area. I have to say, I’m going to give it to them for their overall atmosphere it’s very impressive and what does it all for me (besides all the other great things I mentioned.) I can’t wait till they reopen up in the evenings so I could bring my husband and family! Oh and whoever makes that playlist that you play in your shop needs a raise. That is all. Please stay...

The place is clean. The music was nice. Not busy when we went - lots of seating availability. The coffee was ok - better than Starbucks, but not as good as my other local coffee shops brew. Affordable for the size of coffee and additions. There were three kids managing the order taking - it was kind of a mess. New workers or the POS system, just to order a coffee and breakfast item took too long. Then it took even longer to receive the coffee and breakfast item. It looked like one woman was the only one making the food and there were a few tables still waiting on stuff ahead of us. Great local spot. Fresh ingredients. Chill atmosphere. I love that this place features local artists by displaying their work for sale. I try something different every time I go. Quality items. Special touch, fresh flowers on the table. Items purchased this trip: iced hazelnut coffee, Spinach quiche, strawberry smoothie, and cinnamon roll. Bonus: overheard the owner tell another customer what they had ordered was not up to her quality standards and that she did not want to sell the item.
