Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Ponce

It was a nice experience this time, mainly because the place wasn't full like other times I went there. I mean, the service is always very good, it's just the fact that one have to wait in the line for a while to get your ice cream that makes me feel not so comfortable. Also, the parking lot can be a little complicated some times. Another thing is that at least at night, the have a security guard is this shopping center. Anyways, the ice cream with its variety of flavors, the many ingredients and toppings available and the combinations of them is awesome. The quality of the ingredients also can be feel when taste the ice cream. We loved the one with graham cookies and the other one with coffee. As usual, when we've been there, Milagros has always been great to us. Thanks for the great service and order suggestions....

This place is your run-of-the-mill ordinary Cold Stone store. As good as any other in this island.

This one stands out because the people that live around enjoy the simple pleasure of having an ice cream store nearby.

I like the employees here. They always seem tired but are actually quite nice.

Truthfully, I think that you can get better options from local shops. Particularly the prices. Other local stores that have similar prices but they have creative things that make them stand out. But Cold Stone is just that. Normal ice cream.

Ayer fui a comprar un bowl de helado para llevar para la casa, había salido de mi perro del grooming y como no hay servi carro me bajé. Su empleado un id de perro de servicio (el cual es ilegal pedirlo) al no facilitarlo me sacó de la tienda, tuve que dejar el perrito con una persoba afuera para poder proceder con mi compra. Deben orientar a los empleados a no violar las leyes, si la empresa no es Pet Lover debe notificarlo en un letrero afuera. Las personas afuera me indicaron que habían entrado perros antes. Espero que el caso no fue por discrimen al verme.
