I just ordered a calzone through DoorDash and in pond, picking it up.I.Checked to make sure all my sauces were there and noticed.There was an extra sauce which would be ranch in a cup And in my head I was like.What the hell so I went in with the calzone which I had clicked ranch to be put inside of it in replacement of pizza sauce and was like.Did you guys not put ranch in the calzone?Like it had been ordered.The guy at the counter said "oh we don't put it Ranch and arcalzon, it would make a mess" to which I Replied, I did not order a cup of ranch. I ordered a calzone with ranch inside not a saucless calzone, he proceeded to tell me oh I can still put ranch in it if you want. And I looked at him and said "what the hell the ranch would be cold on a hot calzone?!" I ordered it specifically to have ranch inside and he more or less made a big fuss about. "Oh, we don't put it in. We don't put it in". I asked him for a credit. And he said he could not give me a credit.This is beyond poor customer service fifteen dollars and some odd sense for a saucless calzone
I worked at a pizza shop for 5 years in the only way you don't put sauce in a calzone. As if someone orders it with no sauce in it. The audacity of this employee to mock me how he did is beyond ridiculous. I will never, ever order from them again. Not to mention, he kept on staring at my chest. As a woman, I am curious, Do you guys not sell a pizza called chicken bacon ranch with ranch as the base sauce?If you guys do not cook ranch , how is this pizza made

If you take a look at the pictures, my receipt clearly states that the ranch was supposed to be in the calzone. As well as the other photos that I took when I ordered the DoorDash. Thank you very much, toppings. Has ranch in there? Thus, ranch should have been in the calzone. And for your employee to look at my breasts Is a sexual harassment. If that was any other business and a customer made a complaint about an employee looking at their chest , then that employee would have been fired for sexual harassment
But instead of being a trustworthy and honest business owner. You would rather be belittle a customer who made a complaint against your employee

Read moreI bought a "meet the manager" special last Wednesday, February 7, 2024. It is a two topping large round with butter garlic parmesan flavored crust. I ordered the ham & pineapple (Hawaiian). It was okay not the greatest. There was way too much pizza sauce. It was a bit saturated. It was gross. At least it was on my pizza. The ham pieces were so tiny. I can't believe pizza places are charging $2.50 each topping. There wasn't much ham on my large pizza. And the flavored crust was mediocre at best. Hungry Howie's flavored crust blows away papa's. The special was $11.99 plus tax. I also ordered one 12 ounce can of starry. $2.75. WHAT A RIPOFF. And if you use your debit or credit card. There is a $1 dollar charge which the lady at the counter failed to say anything about that. I ended up paying $16.45. Unbelievable... overall experience at papa's is 2 star ⭐️⭐️ at best. Today I came to order at the window asking if one was available while I placed my order wondering what type of systems were in place with call backs. But unexpectedly Vicki states as the manager I would have done something and a manger is always here, but I was never told about your request. I'm thinking okay well you know now.
