Placed a $250.00 order me and co- workers which we do all the time , we order pizzas we’re cold Wings was cold did not get all of our order garlic bread burnt A few people missing items from their order It to them 3 hrs to get the order together we ordered at 3pm it’s wasn’t ready til 6 sad everything was cold or burnt, and the order wasn’t Completed missing items that was supposed to be ordered. Sad. The manager was argumentative. He wasn’t concerned about our food or service. He never apologize for the bad service. He was very rude and disrespectful $250 worth of garbage. We had to ask you to calm down speaking to us and the younger staff, we try to fix our mistakes, always. We offered to fix anything - Also we spoke twice on phone and nothing was mentioned about missing food. I was extremely nice and reassured you while you were upset that I would refund or fix anything based off of pictures you sent. We called you about a salad before you left the parking lot. We tried are best to please you. We took off the entire pizza and refunded it. You called back upset because we did not call you back after you sent photos during the middle of the dinner rush. I told you based off the pictures you provided, I refunded the pizza - the lady said okay and hung up on me. He will also tell you he don't know what you want him to do, "eat somewhere else" and hangs up on you. Ordered last Friday after 9:30 pm and had no problem. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. And secondly, how would a minor even hear our conversation, We're you on speaker phone? I would like you to let me know the profound language that was used. I'm still trying to understand how your hours being incorrect/inconsistent (which is not the customer's fault), your call center evidently isn't even aware your kitchen is closed (because they are taking orders), and your lack of customer service/management skills is someone gaslighting you? You have plenty of 1-star reviews just in the past month, that also backs reasonings that you are a terrible GM and not qualified for your position. You should take a review of your companies mission and vision statement again, especially the part that says "...also superior customer service and reliability." Nothing about tonight's experience aligned with that statement.
You are literally mad that a customer wanted to spend money at your establishment but your poor management skills allows employees to close up a kitchen early on a Friday night at 9:30pm. No wonder you had to change hours because sales declined due to closing up early, your online ordering doesn't work, and sending your delivery driver home early (according to last Friday night).

Read moreTonight was my 3rd attempt to eat here and after my experience tonight I definitely Will Not be returning. 1st I understand it is still a new business and everything isn’t perfect. 1st attempt was their 2nd day open and was told it was carry out only. 2nd attempt was told they are not taking orders their system was down. Ok I’m understanding in both situations they need to get everything in order after all it’s new to everyone.
But Tonight takes the cake. We pull up and after walking around the building the front doors are on the back of the building. You walk in to the carry out section of the business and We was pointed in the direction to be seated for dine in.
The girl ask how many we tell her she gets menus and says hold on I need to see if I have a table available she comes back and says it will be 10-15 mins. By the way I counted at least 5 empty tables. As we are waiting I noticed they are bringing 1 item at a time out of the kitchen 1- appetizer and 1 pizza in the 15 minutes we was waiting. We was finally seated the waitress comes to get our drink order and took them then she says just so you know it will be at least 45 minutes for a pizza.

You make me wait for a table when there was clearly tables available then take my drink order to then tell me it will be at least 45 mins to get food.
Seems to me they are trying to get people to just leave I’m not sure if they only have one cook or what to send one item out at a time.
